She has consistently been available via phone or the patient portal, and her after-hours support is incredibly comforting and genuinely makes you feel like family. On one occasion, when our daughter was very sick, Dr. Jain supported us through an online call at 2 a.m., which brought us immense comfort during a very stressful time. Even during regular consultations, she takes the time to answer all of our questions, and we have never felt rushed. I have been living in the United States for over 10 years and have never encountered such a dedicated doctor anywhere. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care she provides to our daughter.

Dr. Ding thoroughly examined my daughter and provided a treatment plan with detailed instructions and reasoning behind it. Dr. Ding listened to every question I asked, and as a new mom, I had a lot of concerns and she put all those concerns to rest. I cannot praise enough how knowledgeable, competent, and caring she is. She even followed up a few days later to see if my daughter has recovered. I was very impressed by her passion about caring for children and the level of care I received. Ever since then, I visited Dr. Ding whenever I had any concerns, and she's earned to be our family's favorite pediatrician. Dr. Ding is amazing, and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a Peds doctor at PAMF.

The billing department sent me statements that varied from time to time. I udnerstand there was a disconnection between this hospital and my insurance for a period of time. This review is for Children's Neurology…read more My daughter has had migraines for about 5 or 6 years. She was assigned Dr. M. If I say the name yelp will remove the review. During covid my daughter had video visits or a phone call. Over the years trying to get a neurology appointment here is damn near impossible. You have to schedule literally a year ahead of time. They need to hire more doctors, it's pathetic. My daughter was on rizatriptqn 10mg. I asked if she could have the one that dissolves under the tongue because thats what I take and it hits quicker because it is absorbed under the tongue. He didn't want to do that. At school when she took the 10mg it would make her throw up every time so school would send her home every single time. The clinic tried saying that my daughter wasn't seen in 2-3 years. I told them last year we had a phone appointment with Dr. M to lower the dose, but apparently they don't keep track of that. I told them look at when the meds were put in to change to 5mg... yea thats right, then they found that it hasn't been 3 years since we spoke with the doctor. This is probably the most unorganized office I have ever dealt with. They said that we needed to come in person for a followup which we did. I asked if she can take a preventative medicine since she gets so many migraines every month. He said no. We asked about any other options. So he changed the meds to sumatriptan which didn't do a thing. I had to take he to the ER for a migraine because she didn't have any meds that worked. But this office could care less. The E.R. asked about her migraine history and I told them about her doctor and what she has tried without anything helping greatly. We were going on vacation so I called and asked if the doctor can refill rizatriptan because sumatriptan didn't work. Never got a response. I sent a message on myhealth and called every day that week. I was told every single day they would have the doctor call me. I told them we were leaving on vacation at the end of the week so need it asap. They messaged me on myhealth saying he may want to change to a different medicine. Its never a good idea to try a new med when your going on vacation let alone going to another country. I called again and again and they kept telling me he would call me back. Never happened. It's been 3 weeks,,,, 3 freaking weeks and NOTHING. Thank God she hasn't had a really bad migraine. So this last week.... again calling everyday and I told them Monday I want my daughter to have a new doctor. Again they tell me someone will call me. I call back again Wednesday and they again said I would get a call and that it went to the manager and they saw my notes. They said if I don't hear anything by Friday to ask to talk to the manager. Which I did and they didn't transfer me to the manager. They said Tracy is the manager and was talking to Morgan about it; That for sure one of them would call me within a couple hours. He kept putting me on hold, I was on the phone for over an hour which is outrageous. The guy said he needed to put me on hold again for about 4 minutes, this was about 6 times by now. I told him no, that I have other phone calls to make and asked if they are for sure calling me today, he said yes, they are figuring it out. I said highly doubtful they are going to call me because Ive heard that at least 12 times. No shock, no response. It shouldn't be THAT hard to get a different doctor, that my daughter needs her meds, this is outrageous. Im going to call my daughter prime doctor to request a referral to a different Neurology place. I wouldn't recommend bringing your kids to neurology because you wont get seen in a timely manner (can't schedule even a phone appointment for 6-12 months), never ever get a call back when they say, rarely get a response on myheqlth and NEVER get a call from the doctor when the nurses claim they will call.

Then around mid January'25 we got a bill for $257, this is a surprising since my daughter did not receive any special care/treatment other than preventative vaccine and urine test. Upon contacting the billing department, were told it was because of the question of irregular menstrual period during the visit. My wife was not allowed to go inside with my daughter during this visit and my daughter confirmed that she asked this question because this doctor asked her if she has any questions. We were not informed before hand that asking 1 simple question would result in very high charge. We have been trying to contact billing dept, Sutter Medical and PALO Alto Medical foundation to resolve this issue but they keep telling me that 1 question from my daughter cause the special billing code that outside the prevention. Last March, they sent another bill if I dont pay this balance, it will go to collections.
