The pedi was rushed and I didn't even get a massage....he burnt 4 of my fingers removing my old polish and didn't paint my nails the way I asked him too. Very simple color with sparkle over. Not to hard. I was threatened to have to leave Bc I had to take my Mask down because it makes me nauseous and I was trying not to puke everywhere. When I went to check out he told me there are no exceptions to the mask rule and I couldn't come back unless I wore one. So I took the plunge and thought well getting another pedicure will not hurt anything but my pocket book. The store is cozy, warm and very clean. I liked the atmosphere. The young lady was super friendly and kind, I liked her as a person. On these points I would return. In regard to quality I will not return. I am currently dealing with super rough heels to the point I can use my fingers to pull lifted skin off the bottom of my feet. Also while sleeping they feel rough up against my skin. This is frustrating since I do get pedicures often and never have this issue. For the cost it is the most expensive in town and due to this I expect detail and high quality for me to want to return.
