I went in with a small ache in shoulder, the lady had a one size fit all massage, could not understand English, I never new about people standing on your back when having a massage. The pain in my back was so high I thought I would never work again, it was as serious as that. I phone them up, no complaints procedure, no high body to complain to. Go to doctor, go to doctor, is about all I could get out of her. I have gone to doctor, I am being treated for a very bad back. Bad back are a hard thing to prove in count. I have written to my MP who has written to the health minister. Orchid writes liable comments on many of there negative reviews. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE GO TO HAVE A MASSAGE. read more
