Found an amazing deal at Classic but that has been the only amazing part of this. After finally getting the pad put down and electric run to the tub we were set to fill it and enjoy. Nope Fire it up, test water, adjust the chemistry only to have it shut off and throw error codes. Fine, call and get service out to see what's up. Gent who came out was super knowledgeable and thorough in going through everything to be sure what was wrong. This is where I am now stuck and angry. The main pump is seized from rust. Rust from where? Sitting in the showroom for 2 yrs. That would not be a big deal IF I was not now being asked to buy the new pump for $670.00. Why? It's not under warranty after 2 yrs. From the get go we were lied to. Told we were getting a discount because my partner is a Vet. Wrong, it was to move an old floor model. We were told it had a custom top. Another lie, the top we were given is two+ inches too big all the way around. I was told by service that someone was supposed to show us how to do chemistry for it, never happened or spoken about. Now I am sitting here with a tub that does not work, expected to pay for a new pump or have a useless hot tub. I don't care about buying a floor model. If they would have said it was a 2+yr old floor model I would have said test it first or deeper discount. What really makes it all worse is the lies. It's a crap business conduct, it results in customers that go elsewhere not 'customers for life' like their site says. I will update if/when I get resolution. UPDATE: pump is ordered on the shops dime. Just waiting for it to show up. Cover supposedly has been ordered to replace the one that is way too big. Still not a hot tub yet but working that way. Really thinking I am going to find some place else to service when this is all done.

Our newest issue is that the hot tub will just shut off after a few minutes of trying to use it. Honestly, your best bet would to be to get a more affordable hot tub from costco. Don't let them trick you by saying their spas have less issues; they will both have issues but you can get one from costco for less than $5000.

I began working with one of the Villa Sport personal trainers in September. I was matched up to…read morework with trainer Matt for my free training session. I was a little intimidated to be working with him initially. I've only had female personal trainers in the past, and I came into that session during a phase of life where I felt disconnected from my body. I felt very vulnerable and exposed to be reaching out for help to a really strong gym guy. During that session, Matt made me feel so comfortable. He was kind and encouraging. We talked about all of my postpartum challenges and he took notes on what mattered most to me and what I wanted from our time together. I really appreciated how he didn't assume what I wanted or needed just from looking at me. I left that session feeling empowered, hopeful, and safe in this space. (Not to mention he fixed my squat in that first session!) Over the last few months, with Matt's programming, I have gained a few pounds of muscle and lost 6% of my body fat. He writes my programs based on my schedule and what I enjoy doing. He's adapted my workouts to support my pelvic floor health which was a very big postpartum concern for me. Any fear I had of bringing up my pelvic floor to a male trainer were squashed by Matt's caring/person-first approach to training. If you are feeling vulnerable, exposed or intimidated, but ready to get some professional support in the gym, I cannot recommend Matt more highly. He's the trainer for you! In addition to my work with Matt, I began taking Reformer Pilates classes once a week with Kate. It is the most fun I've ever had while working that hard! The Reformer machine is such a unique piece of equipment and keeps my brain really interested and engaged in what we are doing. The glide of the carriage and buoyancy of the springs feel so unique to other types of equipment. It's SO fun- horizontal jumping anyone?! But also, so challenging! Luckily for me, Kate is an incredible instructor! Her cues and prompts are spot on and always help me correct my form and activate the right muscle group. She moves throughout the room and provides individualized encouragement and coaching to each of us. Kate also facilitates an awesome vibe in the class! She is fun and friendly and has created a space that feels welcoming and easy to enter into, even as a total beginner. I'm extremely thankful for the team at Villa Sport who have made me feel like I belong while also achieving my goals. 10/10 recommend.
