I like my service with Oregonfastnet. In general it gives me great internet for home use and streaming as I don't use cable or satellites. I get my local channels and stream Hulu etc. it needs rebooting every month or 2 by unplugging it and plug back after a few minutes. The price is great $40 a month and on auto pay makes it nice. I like them and have used them for 2 years now. The folks in the office are very pleasant and helpful too. read more

Nice people, but horrible service. WiFi cuts out multiple times a day, got the larger router they recommended... still the same terrible issues.. We are resetting our router minimum 10+ times a day... and that BARELY does the trick, we are essentially paying for nothing, because it rarely works. Nothing loads, slow speed... DEAD SLOW, and like I said. Constantly needs resetting. Definitely won't recommend this company for internet service. read more

I lose my connection daily for short periods of time. I can live with that. What I can't live with is the fact that they are only available for customer support/technical service M-F 9 to 5. If you have a problem on the weekend or in the evenings, you are SOL. They don't bother to tell new customers that. If they had, I would have stuck with Spectrum. Edit: They throttled my internet this weekend (12/15-16) probably in retaliation for bad reviews I have left. I cancelled my service and went back to Spectrum. Stay away from these folks, they are bad news. Finally, to add insult to injury, the day after I cancelled my service they tried to charge my checking account for a month's service even though I owed them nothing. read more

Had the installation today 1/22/19 by a friendly worker and the initial speed is 68.6 download and 68.0 upload MBPS with 9 MS ping, very satisfied for $40 a month. Will see how it goes and give an update in a couple weeks. read more

I have used Oregonfast for about 8 years. The company is locally owned and operated, which I love. I also love the personal attention I get when I go in to pay my bill or when I have questions about anything. I would rather spend my money on my own community, than shovel dollars to a distant giant who may or may not sell my information to others. I know that Oregonfast will not do that, ever, and I prefer to support local business people whenever possible. I'm not sure people who live in distant states who are writing nasty reviews about this company completely understand that. read more

This may be the first negative review I've ever posted on Yelp. But Oregonfast is by far and away the worst experience with a company I've had in my life. I'm 57 years old. They have charged the people I live with full price for less than half the promised bandwidth for over 7 years. When I moved in I tested the speed and pointed this out to them and they let me contact Oregonfast about getting the service we pay for. It took them over a week to get to the house to upgrade to the promised bandwidth. But the problems had just begun. The internet would go out regularly. If 2 people got on the internet one would suffer slow speeds. 2 people could not watch netflix at the same time. The blamed the wifi router. They sold us the wifi router. We were told a system upgrade would happen the next month. When it did not I called was told it would take more time and the upgrade was actually going to half be what I was originally told. Again I waited. I called the 3rd time and again I was told there would be a delay. Do yourself a favor. Get Spectrum if you can. Or anyone other than Oregonfast. read more
