Jose came out to the house the day I called (he arrived 30 minutes early) to provide an estimate, which he did on the spot. Relative to other estimates, his price was by far the most competitive. He and his crew came out to perform the job three days later (on a weekend-this is the busy season), and they arrived 20 minutes early. They re-worked our existing system (saving us money, by the way), replaced the old valves, and added the station we requested in an extremely timely manner, all for the very reasonable price that was quoted. We had to call to request the weeds to be cleaned. Meanwhile all the weeds are growing and leaves from the neighbor's trees are still in the yard. They were supposed to cut the branches from the neighbor's trees from our yard and charged $300 extra. Unfortunately, they only cut 4 branches and left the rest. Not $300 worth. The owner never calls. It's been two months now and still need to to have landscape maintained. Two guys installed the front yard, totally not what we designed, and wanted 2 birds of paradise. Only one put in and charged way more than the plants are worth! I paid over $2000 for the service. Not worth it! Buyer BEWARE!

The sod they installed looked dead and used. They said they were going to put in top soil but wouldn't return my emails about when. They demanded I pay the day that they finished. And I'm glad I checked their work because I had to have them come back because they pulled out a bunch of small sprinklers from my potted plants and hadn't replaced them. They did replace them promptly. The real problem came when I gave them a less than stellar review. It was not at all a terrible review. It was just the truth. The owner then began harassing me. And he continues to. I'm sure he thinks because I am a woman that lives alone he will intimidate me into removing it. I won't. Pretty incredibly unprofessional.

BEWARE. I hired Billy to cut down and haul away four large trees in my backyard. I agreed to pay…read more$1,500 total for the job, with one-half due up front, and the remainder due at completion. To his credit, Billy showed up on time on day one, but that's about the only thing he did right. He hired a 19 year old kid to do the cutting, and according to the kid, Billy offered to pay him $250 to do the job, which is a criminally low amount of money. Shortly after the work started, Billy asked me for a $250 advance to hire somebody to haul away the branches, which I paid. He then asked me for another $250 advance to make a deposit on a dumpster to haul away the branches, which I paid. He also asked me for another $250 advance for something else, which I paid. Unfortunately, I never saw the person he hired to haul away the branches or the dumpster. Then, the 19 year old told me that he was going to quit cutting down the trees because Billy only paid him $50, and said that he was only going to pay him $50 more. Since the kid, and not Billy, who showed up every morning to smoke a cigarette in my backyard and disappear, was the one doing all the work, I paid the kid to finish the job, which he did. When I asked Billy for a partial refund for not finishing the job that I fully paid him to do, he ignored me, and to add insult to injury, he left a broken down trailer in front of my house with tree branches on it. I've asked him several times to remove it, but he won't. I finally had to contact the Las Cruces Codes Department to tow it away. This guy might be the worst hire that I've ever made. He talks a good game, but don't be fooled. There's plenty of good contractors out there, do not hire this one.

He gave me the cost right then, and said he could start the next day I had my patio extended, and the gate moved further down. O.J. saw i have mobility issues, so he recommended they put a rounded area of cement around the water spigot, so I wouldn't fall. I was so impressed! I never would've thought about that. He recommended he put cement under the gate in place of an old pool noodle i had there to keep my little dog from escaping. It's wonderful! I'm so glad this company was recommended to me.
