Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Never Again I had one of the worst pedicure experiences of my life at this salon. I chose the signature pedicure, which somehow ended up being worse than a basic pedicure anywhere else. The technician was clearly in a rush--even though it was only 9:30 a.m. and at least 10 other technicians were sitting around on their phones. He worked so fast and aggressively that it actually gave me anxiety. He hurt me repeatedly and completely ignored my concerns. I specifically tried to explain that I had an ingrown nail that needed attention, and he kept brushing me off saying, "I know, I know." He absolutely did not know--because he never cleaned it out at all. There was no care, no attention to detail, and no professionalism. The "massage" was a joke--maybe 30 seconds of a light rub. Callus removal wasn't even included in the signature pedicure unless you paid extra, and they were far more focused on upselling than actually providing quality service. Be warned: the prices on their menu are not what you will actually pay. At checkout, they tack on additional charges for nearly every service. When I questioned this, the owner told me that "nobody ever says anything about it," which basically translates to: write one price on the menu, charge more at checkout, and don't worry--people won't notice. Just another way to squeeze more money out of customers. Between my daughter and me, we spent $310, and we still left unhappy--so unhappy that we had to go to another salon just to fix the poor work. That alone should tell you everything. To make matters worse, when I calmly tried to explain my dissatisfaction to the owner at checkout, she became defensive, talked down to me, and berated me, saying I should have spoken up. I did speak up--during the service. She chose to ignore it, then attacked me afterward. Oh, and don't forget to pay an extra $65 for an "elaborate design" because apparently they have to use gemstones made of diamonds . The pricing is laughable, the explanations insulting, and the entire place feels like a rip-off. This salon is not about customer care or quality--it's about how much money they can make in the shortest amount of time. The misleading pricing, aggressive upselling, and complete lack of accountability make this place an absolute joke. There are far too many better options out there. I strongly recommend staying far away from this salon. read more

Tammy was so good it was for my birthday I got gel polish in my feet and I got a design my hands were $85 and my feet were $30 and I didn't get a pedi but she was so nice and patient and you can tell her anything if you want it different she will say okay and fix it she does a lot of drilling and it helps cause my nails are smooth my total all together was $117 it's pricey but good read more

9-14-23 Noon Walk -In Took my lunch break to run to the Space Coast Credit Union next door. Desperately needed a manicure and pedicure so I figured why not try someplace new in the neighborhood close to home. The sign on door said Walk In's welcomed. So I walk in and at first they couldn't take me for ten or fifteen minutes so I said I would come back at five fifteen. Than they changed their minds to take me. I picked my colors they had all OPI but not the largest selection I have seen. Than they had one Essie must have been left from a previous customer thought that color would work for my feet. So Kathy starts with a pedicure first. Once my feet out in the water she wants me to chose a pedicure. Wow starts at $30. for basic. So I pick the next level up but Kathy up sells me to the $50. Pedicure. Ok I will try anything once but after it was over I will say this I get more for a basic at other places. At $50. paraffin wax would have enhanced the experience although I have had that before but not for $50. It gets better she tries to tell me I have a callous on my foot and she can remove it for an additional $5. I passed than she said she could take a little off I said no thanks. I felt like I was on Let's Make A Deal. So I get a basic manicure no upsell there and I cash out at $70. for a manicure and pedicure that three years ago would have cost me $30. with a tip I am in for $84. Absolutely terrible service - nails look terrible, place is extremely dirty, definitely should stay away !!

I'm in town visiting a cousin. We decided to treat ourselves to a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure itself so far so good as far as the color goes. But as far as the pedicure itself goes instead of scrubbing the rough parts, she decided to take a cuticle clipper to remove everything. Of course, I stopped her and asked her to scrub instead. The manicure, less than 24 hours later, is starting to peel around the cuticle (see photos). I believe this is because once she oiled up and and put cream on my nails she didn't wipe them and just put the paint straight on there. I also had to remind remind her to remove the paint that was already there before applying the fresh coat. And even the paint itself didn't cover the whole nail. You could see that from the photos. Then there are no drying machines anywhere. They have a little fan that she put it on the right side. But when she finished my left hand, I had to twist myself like a pretzel because she didn't have a second fan for the other side and didn't bother moving it so I could be comfortable. read more

I gave this place more than one chance and they blew it both times. Techs really don't speak English. One of them cut my daughter's cuticle and she bled, slight refund given for that and the lack of understanding and making nails too short. I asked for designs, the tech didn't understand me, so I didn't get any. When someone asks for ROUND nails that doesn't mean make my natural nails shorter and pointy. The woman that was doing my eyebrows was warned twice that the wax was too hot for my skin, on her third attempt, a drop of HOT wax landed on my eyelid/eyelashes You can imagine the pain and panic from having hot wax on your eyelid! The woman began using numerous lotions and oils to remove everything, further irritating my eyeball and making it worse. While I cried, she continued trying to finish until I couldn't take the pain anymore! My eyebrows are not finished, my eyelid is burned, my eye is irritated from the oils and lotions, and I was still charged for an unfinished job. Horrible experience, will never return! read more

Would not recommend. I could not communicate with my nail tech at all so she didn't understand what I wanted. The instruments didn't look sterilized and the whole place just screams unsanitary. All of the polish looked old and when they started applying it was patchy. When applying the top coat she did one swipe per nail and you could clearly see it didn't cover the whole nail. They also don't have dryers. I was sitting next to someone getting an acrylic set and they don't have dust collectors and it was going all over me. read more

Update: my nail tech left :( Mia was amazing. I started seeing a new tech. She's very sweet but I didn't love the nails. I had been going to this salon regularly for 9 months. The last time I went I was late because of a family emergency. When I got in, the owner was upset with me that I was late and told me that I needed to call ahead of time and tell them that I was going to be late. I apologized and said that I had a family emergency. She continued to go on and be rude and tell me that I needed to call and that my nail tech could have taken other appointments. I then told her I was using my phone and arranging someone to take my mother to the hospital and that I come all the time, on time and I was sorry. She still continue to be rude. From the moment that I walked into this place, the person who greeted me at the door, could not give me a direct answer on how much a nail design would cost. She finally gave me a price and then by the time I got to check out, she increased it another five dollars. Don't go to this place!!! First, I went in and specifically asked for a polish change. I just had my nails manicured the week before but I broke a nail and caused one finger to need to be repainted....They said, since it was gel it would cost $25. That's expensive enough, but the lady doing my nails decided to trim my cuticles and then put lotion on me and rubbed it in for 5 seconds. The massage seriously took at most 5 seconds per hand.... Then she tried to charge me $40 and said she had given me a full manicure. Lastly, this was done on Friday...it is now Sunday and five out of ten nails are already chipping... With gel. Just left this salon and it has to be probably the worst nail job I think I've ever gotten (see photograph). They are expensive for the horrible job that they did and I'm from NY. The nail polish doesn't go down to the cuticle so it looks like it's already grown out when it was just done. One of the nails is so bad that it looks like it got messed up hitting into something but she actually left it like that like it was okay. Beware of this place !!! I was here twice , first time I got a pedicure and asked for the deluxe which is the more expensive pedicures on their list as I wanted a nice massage and choosing an upgraded pedi I thought it was a given for a nice massage . I thought wrong . I told the man who was going to do my pedicure to please give me extra time on the massage as my feet really needed the rub down , I let him know that I will give him a nice tip for the extra time . The pedicure was over before I could blink literally the fastest pedicure I've ever had and he gave me No massage whatsoever . Through out this pedi I was quickly realizing that I was not going to get ANY massage period . ; but I just waited to be finished so I can leave figured he was having a bad day or smthg who knows . The woman at the front then preceded to charge me 75 dollars . For a pedicure . I've never even heard of a pedicure being 75 dollars tbh I've always paid 35 ,45 and 50 dollars for pedicures everywhere , and the deluxe pedi on the sheet said it was 50 dollars . I let her know that I received no massage at all but it is what it is i didn't want to make a big deal of it but just wanted to let her know this . I proceeded to just pay as I was over it all at that point lol . The woman proceeded to tell me that she'll have to pull the cameras . That took me out ! I laughed and told her to do what she needed to do just give me my change back as I gave her a 100 dollar bill . She rang me up and I left . My second and last visit was me getting a fungus on my finger nail from them doing my nails . This place is clearly a nightmare. They gauge prices here , have terrible customer service and are unsanitary on top of it All . I not only will never go back I let my friends know to come here at their own risk ! Idk why so many bad reviews. I travel up n down the east coast for a living and this salon is amazing. Beautiful, huge, clean, and IVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT to get my nails done. I get dip takeoff and dip color 45$, which is standard for dip powder in south Florida. Just tell the tech how u like it (thin, thick, almond, square etc) and they are precise. It's such a great space. I just went at 630pm with no appointment on a Saturday evening and it was no problem, no wait. The place was busy but the fact I even could get my nails done is such a rarity. Highly highly recommend organic nails. I'll be moving for work next month and I'll miss this place! read more

This place does not deserve all these horrible reviews. I got my eyebrows and a mani pedi here last week and everything still looks great. Pedicures always last me at least two weeks, maybe longer but I was really surprised at my nails! I just got a regular manicure, regular polish on my natural nails, a week ago, and they haven't chipped at all! I asked for a flower on my toe and Lee gave me the cutest looking blossom. She was super sweet and even commented on my tattoo on my finger. I made an appointment but brought a friend who was a walk in and they saw us both no problem. I don't understand why this place has such bad reviews. Both my friend and I are very happy with our nails and plan to come back. Highway robbery! If I could give this place a zero I would and I will never be going back. I was charged over $150 for over three hours of service that normally takes one hour and a half. My nails are now shaped strange and my toenail gel dried bumpy. I was charged for every little thing that I did Without any prior explanation. after one coat of gel was put on my nails The nail tech colleagues told her she use the wrong polish and she spent over an hour Taking it off. The icing on the cake was that they called me the next day to inform me they under charged me and unless I gave them more money would be taking it from the girl who did my nails.
