I had a massage here today, and my husband and I were so upset with them. I handed my 2 stamped cards, and the other one was full. He ripped the full stamped card and charged me regular. My husband explained that it was free because the card was full-stamped. I told him you ripped the full stamped card and threw it away. He acted like he didn't understand us. I'm sorry, this place was very bad! It was the worst massage I've ever had (I'm not exaggerating). Also, BEWARE, they will upsell you without your prior approval. Four of us came in for a 45minute foot massage. They started with our back and ended up adding 45 additional minutes for a foot massage. It wasn't what we originally went in for. And our massages ended up costing $110. My massage was so bad that I had 10 minutes left and I asked the guy to stop. It's sad because we came here almost a year ago and had a really good experience. Beware! I am reporting this to the mall security department. I just read another review here. Same weird thing, random guy touching her arm out of the blue. Now I understand he was asking me to pay for more. My husband believe this is very suspicious stay away! He doesn't think that would have happened to me if I were a men. Besides the creepy behavior, hygiene was poor. Guy asking me for more massage while I am on that chair, have a bad heavy breath. Guy giving me neck massage cologne was so strong and so awful and overpowering that it stick in to my clothes. Disgusting, I was nauseated. I left after 10 minutes, pay for 15. Abusive Behavior: This happened to Mrs Nancy Carrillo. On the date of the incident, I was approached aggressively by an employee from Oriental Chi Reflexology who repeatedly touched me on my neck in a manner I found abusive. After I attempted to move away and rejected the salesperson's offer, I tripped over an obstacle and fell, causing significant pain in my back, stomach, and pelvis. Despite the severity of the situation, no one from the company nor any of the employees provided any assistance, and I was left to seek help on my own. As a result of this fall, I sought medical treatment, which included emergency care, diagnostic testing, and physical therapy. However, despite all my efforts, I continue to experience ongoing pain and discomfort. Horrible!! Horrible! Horrible! I wanted a 20 min massage in the forward seating chair and my immediate red flags should've been... When I put my face in the cradle, it didn't smell clean and when the older man started my massage, I knew why! He is a smoker! I felt nauseous but continued on. QUESTION: how is it that his two hands were on my back and I felt a hand on my arm???? A guy appeared from somewhere, started massaging my arm and asking if I wanted two massages, at the same time, for $55... ( I was paying $40 for 20 min) and I RELUCTANTLY agreed. Big mistake! I was feeling nauseous from the smell of cigarettes and now I have someone..., I haven't seen, massaging my arms and doing a terrible job!! I had to tell him to not press so hard and he said. "Thank you"..,, WTH??? By now I'm starting to sweat and realize I'm entering a full on panic attack! I asked to remove my jacket and I did all the while the two men are having a in depth conversation about I don't know what. I'm sweating, nauseous, and can't wait for it to be over! I know I should've stopped my massage half way but I didn't. One more red flag in the beginning was the face cradle was too high! I would not recommend this place or ever return! read more

I just left and thr massage was great. But, he charged me for 15 minutes and it was only 8 minutes. When I asked, he pointed at his timer which hadn't even moved. I had gotten off a phone call as soon as I sat down. Hence why I knew it was not a 15 minute massage. Make sure if you go to set your own time. read more

My Wife and I often stop in for a nice massage while shopping. My Wife has disc related injuries and between this and her chiropractor she can keep up with her daily demands. Price is good, the Therapist are strong enough to go as firm as you need. Price is good but not cheap. But the massage is worth it. Recommended! read more

This place is awesome. I usually get a chair massage to work out tension in my neck and back. They can really dig in if that's what you want - by they also case ease up if need be. I saw a review or two expressing annoyance with a second person coming up and almost sneaking in a second massage to charge more. They will ask of you want a free minute of an arm massage or something and then ask at the end of that time if you want more. Just say no if you don't want it! For f's sake - don't blame them if you don't say no!!! read more

I got a full body massage with foot reflexology. Massage was great, I love heavy pressure. It was better than message envy and cheaper! Mine was $65 for an hour. The foot reflexology didn't feel like anything so I probably won't do that again. I like being able to walk in whenever I want and also not be in a room by myself with a creepy masseuse. I haven't had a massage in quite some time. Recently I've been having intolerable neck and upper back stiffness and have had no relief as appointments for most massage places are booked out a week and sometimes two weeks in advance. I happened to be at Park Meadows Christmas shopping and stumbled on this place close to closing. I did the 30 min massage and initially they started with 2 people and they kinda lightly tell you as you are laying face down. Just say no but I am almost thinking about trying it next time. The massage was very deep and firm especially on the crevices of your shoulders and back. I personally like this because I feel the most relieved after it's all done. If that's not for you then I would let them know to loosen up. But if you want a massage that is working all the knots and kinks out of your body then treat yourself. 30 mins was plenty for some relief but I would probably do an hour next time around. read more

They're really good. I'm the kind of person that doesn't like booking massages days or weeks in advance, I like to go when I know I need one. With that in mind, the "walk in" nature of Oriental Chi is super convenient. Overall I don't have many complaints. The only minor one is sometimes they spend a little too much time digging their elbows into your back (as opposed to using their hands more), which I "get" because massaging people nonstop all day must be exhausting, and sometimes the pressure on my neck itself is a little much, but they get it right overall and the ability to get right in and right out is what I love the most about them. read more

How many times are you "desparate" for a massage and can't get in? That will never happen at Oriental Chi. They open at 10 am and you walk right in. This is huge for me because I have arthritis. I always get a firm touch which I want for removing toxins, none of that buff and puff weak stuff. Yesterday for a change I tried the two person for one hour. It was $109 (June 2018) and was one of the best massages I've ever had. Many people forgo massage due to financial restraints, but no need here. I believe you can get 30 minutes too. And of course one person is much less. As a retired woman in poor health this is the only way I can get massage. 5 stars! read more

My daughter brought me here for a 35 minute reflexology treatment. They start with an herbal foot soak, then take you back to lie down on a massage table, separated with curtain dividers. They cover your eyes and drape you in a blanket. The treatment was so relaxing and professional, I believe I even nodded off! It can be a little distracting when the workers are talking back and forth in chinese, but it's easy to drown that out and enjoy the experience. I'll definitely use them again. read more

Most disgusting experience I have had ever! Everything started out fine, I asked for an 30 minute reflexology treatment. The lady performing my treatment kept coughing and sneezing. Then the unthinkable happened.... She ripped a piece of paper off of the paper towel on my feet and hawked a loud and disgusting as she could and spit into the paper and wrapped it up and put it next to my foot and continued to massage my feet. No sanitizer or anything I was so grossed out I walked out without paying. Awful. So much for "relaxing". Very disappointed. read more

Had the worst experience ever. Three of us walked into the store wanting a massage. We stood there for a few minutes before someone decided to help us. The only english they spoke to us was "20 minutes" we asked them if they needed to put our name down to save our spot and they said no. So we left and came back 20 minutes later. They had forgotten and were giving massages to others who had walked in after us. One of the head guys there was very irritated to hear that his employees had forgotten, and they wanted us to wait another 15 minutes. They had the worst customer service ever. We left immediately. I do not recommend this place at all. I will never be back. read more

They do a great job. I had the full body massage. I went in because I dislocated my pelvis several years ago and it hurts occasionally. He never asked if I wanted him to work on a particular area, but he found the exact spot that hurt and went about fixing it very well. The only negative is the constant chatter of the masseuses. I prefer quiet, but I'll still go back next time I'm in town. I'd suggest wearing a shirt and yoga pants or similar instead of the thick sweater and jeans I had on, but I wasn't planning to get a massage today and he still did well with what I was wearing. I'll also mention that it is next to Toys R Us not really in the mall, my GPS steered me very wrong on that. read more

Have been stopping in here for years - sometimes for a 10 minute shoulder and neck massage, sometimes for a full body massage that lasts 60 full minutes. Consistently excellent. Deep massage. Very relaxing. They will not massage as deeply if you ask them to ease up. You leave your clothes on and it is still very effective. Convenient, no appointment needed. Rarely a wait.
