I am not sure what my "therapist" was doing, but it was not a massage. The reflexology portion was her basically rubbing lotion on my feet and calves. For the massage portion I had asked to focus on my head, neck and shoulders. She did not even massage those areas! She did not massage my arms; it was more like squeezing and pulling on my skin. Before I went in my back did not hurt but it did when I left. She dug her elbow into my back in various places, no actual massage. My daughter's friend's therapist left the room 4 times to talk to people who came in and answered the phone during the session. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my daughter said her massage was decent.

Unfortunately baby girl didn't come that weekend, so I ended up scheduling another prenatal 30 min massage a couple days later (where I'm also 41+ weeks) to get some work in before my chiro adjustment down the road and WOW...that 30 min massage was seriously the best I ever had during this pregnancy. This time, I had Cindy and she made sure to hit allll the labor points, including my feet, lower back, and even thighs. Ended my session with a yummy head massage too. Felt so good + so refreshed by the end of my session, it was truly a solid 10/10. I also noticed it was a lot easier for my chiro to adjust me, too.
