Furthermore, they gave us a small discount to the original asking price and were able to deliver the same day. Delivery service was great and we had a brand new mattress in our bedroom by the end of the day. Having already slept on it one night, I can vouch for the Restonic model we bought - a queen Everglade Pillowtop - as being pretty comfy!

Stay away from Mattress Firm. Their so called 120 days trial is a scam. I purchased the Sealy…read morePosturepedic® Spring Bloom 12" Medium Mattress. Mattress firm also delivered an adjustable base as a "Free Promotional Gift". Since I already had a high end base, the so called "Free Promotional Gift" is still intact in it's original packaging. The Sealy Posturepedic® Spring Bloom 12" Medium Mattress is absolute junk and it started sagging after less than 2 weeks. 6 weeks after the purchase I requested a refund and was told that apart from the $99 restocking fee, plus the $99 removal fee they will also deduct an amount of $499 for the "Free Promotional Gift" (Adjustable base) plus a $149 removal fee (In total $850). They stated that their policy is that they do not accept returns on bases. The reality is that I paid a total of $699 plus delivery for the original mattress. I am now out of pocket for the full amount o the purchase and still sitting with a piece of junk mattress and a piece of junk Base.

Helped me to guide my wife out of state to go through a similar decision process. Once we made our decision, it was a bit sticky. The mattress we wanted was in very limited supply. As I did not want to sleep on the floor anymore, I choose to push to hold the last one left in the warehouse, in Orlando. Josh and the store were excellent in their assistance. The problem was Mattress Firm and their distribution. They would not secure and deliver the mattress to us in Fort Myers. I had to go and pick it up. Josh was great about his coordination and even added some price breaks to help. Once at the warehouse in Orlando, due to COVID Problems, the warehouse staff did not open the door, even though I was confirmed to pick up the mattress. Again Josh and his staff worked with me and got the warehouse to open the door and load up the mattress. The foundation was delivered that night on time, installed and mattress was great. Needless to say, I was exhausted but no longer sleeping on an air mattress. If I could separate the rating from the warehouse experience, this store was 5 star. Due to the warehouse problems I have to make this a 4 star experience. I do highly recommend this store and their staff. I would go to them again.
