Horrible customer service. They went to instal our carpets and said the heater wasn't working so they couldn't install the carpet. I had to pay $200 to have an electrician come out to look at the heater. (We live out of state). They electrician said the reason the heat wouldn't come on is because the installers put the carpet over the heating vent!!! I nicely asked if they would reimburse us the $200 since this was their error. They said NO! We will not be using this company ever again. read more

First, they are now in Hayden across from Walmart. They were the only option by the builder who built our home. These people are VERY unprofessional! The quality of their work is really poor. During our initial walk through there were visible seams in carpet. At the 6 month walk through the seams were still visible. After several attempts to contact them the builder got involved. The installer came out and told us that we bought cheap carpet (we upgraded) and were surprised that we did not get what we had paid for. He also said that we should see the seams in the carpet just like we see the seams in his shirt. After one year the carpet has visible wear and it is only my husband an I who live here. They refuse to fix the CRAP they put in our house. Use someone else if you want quality work!! read more
