    Smoked salmon and eggs

Loved this place. Fresh food and great service. We are Americans and they didn't speak much English nor we, Spanish but we made it work. We had the fruit salad, smoked ham and eggs, French toast and tea. All was very good.

The fruit salad here is as good as the coffee is perfect. The Chileans still don't get great service, especially for extranjeros but the food and coffee here are delicious, and the service is great and very hospitable. clean and well worth the walk for the desserts alone . The owner is super friendly, we weren't used to that :) Other cafes should follow. The coffee is roasted here so the team know what they are doing. My special friend loved the eggs benedict.

With a name like Original Green Roasters, it's obvious that more gringos will visit and create a haven. However, when I visited, I realized this was instead a heaven. The golden streets of OGR are paved not with true gold but with something even better: bacon. The color isn't as true a gold as one might want for the afterlife but whatever is lost in color is made up for with the streams of, not milk and honey, but glistening hollandaise sauce (piled on top of eggs and avocado of course; be careful when swimming!). Even the cappuccinos appear in songs sung by the angel choir decked out and standing near the immaculately clean bathrooms. If I die here in Chile, my Southern girl heart hopes that it can appear here and live out its eternal days wafting in the smells of the sausage (included in OGR's English breakfast).

Open walls reveals the building's original structure. Looks damn cool!

Green Roasters has the best drip coffee in Chile. Super cool vibes and the staff speak English. We got a V60 and banana bread. Their full English breakfast is very filling. Perfect for breakfast after a night out. I have never seen this lovely café full, so take advantage of Providencia's little secret!

Really nice coffee shop with excellent brunch food. They even have a full English breakfast, which we thought was pretty amusing. Their coffee was great. I got a flat white and my wife got a mocha. We ordered in Spanish no problem but the server also did speak perfect English so it wasn't a big deal either way. Their hollandaise sauce was perfect in that it was thick and creamy without too much lemon. They also did a great job pan frying the ham on the muffin and I think it was a local Chiléan style of bread in the muffin. Their flat white was as perfect as I've ever had any Ozzie pour for me and the service was great. Also, it is a cute place with soft music and a really warm ambiance. Oh, and their bacon is a plate of pan fried pork belly, not the thin American style. Very good food and very good experience.

In addition to a relaxed vibe, they have indoor and outdoor seating and have good working WiFi. I highly recommend this coffee shop and without a doubt come here again for the delicious bruschetta.

Lol The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. I ordered a cup of tea (pronounced te) and a muffin to go. I hung around and took care of my internet biz first. The staff offered me a tiny complimentary chocolate cake and I loved the place even more since chocolate is my bff. I conversed with the staff a bit with them teaching me a few Spanish words and me teaching them English. The cafe was very clean, quaint and very cozy. You can definitely enjoy breakfast and unwind before you start your day. If I lived in the area, this would be a local go to spot.

They serve their coffee strong and with a delicious small bar of dark chocolate (73% cacao) and absolutely delicious! This quaint cafe is perfect for a number of different cafe-type activities including, but not limited to, breakfast on a weekend outside in their nice patio, a work meeting or working solo with your computer. One of the many good things about this cafe is its super cute, picturesque cafe style. Everyone who passes by, lingers for a second outside of the large windows before continuing on their way. The service is good and quick and their internet is fast! The ambiance is relaxed, warm and has the perfect amount of white noise and alternative music to be conducive to working. They also have a variety of tasty pastries (I recommend their galletas surtidas) as well as lunch and dinner options. For breakfast, I hands down recommend their granola and yogurt. It is a perfect weekend breakfast treat, accompanied by one of their delicious cafe-lattes. yum! Tip: Despite the delicious looking cake sign, I do not recommend their carrot cake. They have so many other great pastries I wouldn't opt for this one. If it is warm, sit outside with a nice juice or coffee or pick up something to go and walk through the park (it is a block away).

The interior design is genuinely stunning. It feels intentional without feeling precious, and the whole space is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully put together. Even the dishware deserves its own round of applause. The plates and presentation are beautiful in a way that enhances the experience, not in a "look at me" way. The breakfast itself was excellent. Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and comforting, with plenty of options that made our whole group happy. Service was also top notch: friendly, attentive, and professional, with great pacing that lets you actually relax and enjoy your morning. And the music was the perfect finishing touch. It was in English, totally appropriate for the vibe, and full of classic tunes that genuinely tickled the ears while we ate. It added to the atmosphere without ever overpowering the conversation, which is harder to pull off than people think. Also, can we talk about the theme? This place should give tours. The Alice in Wonderland touches are done so well that it feels like you've stepped into a whimsical little world, except in this version you get excellent coffee and a fantastic breakfast instead of a riddle and a threat from the Queen of Hearts. If you want a breakfast spot that feels special without trying too hard, Wonderland is absolutely worth it.

We pre paid so we had multiple snack towers, pots of tea and individual drinks. Everything about the service was wonderful, then we got to wander around the house and take photos afterwards. We ordered a bottle of sparkling wine to share with 4 people and 2 beers for the other two. We ordered burgers, steak and I believe a pasta. After the meal we were ready to commit to more drinking and so we asked for the wine menu. After narrowing it down, we asked the server, male with a beard, light complexion with a nose ring, in Spanish "we want to buy a bottle of wine, but if you have this bottle open (since it's available by the glass) can we try it to make sure we like it before we commit to it" The server immediately rolled his eyes before turning around and beginning to walk away. One of our party said "hey, I saw that". He looked at her and walked away. Then he told our initial server about it who gave us a dirty look.
