I was recently there and I was very disappointed in the fact that I ordered a number of items and the prices or different than what was on there takeout menus now regardless if their prices changed you don't keep using the old menus and deceive people that will be ordering from those lower price menus. I will not go there again I hate writing any kind of reviews but I thought I needed to warn people to watch what the order and make sure they look over the receipt very carefully! Do yourself a Favor .. go to J& D pizza around the corner instead. .. THEY NEVER treat people rude and they make up for anything that isn't right without making you feel like a problem ! Husband stopped in for the ( 1st & LAST TIME last night ) to get their Broaster chicken - (chicken ONLY) - 16 pieces which should have been 2 whole chickens cut into pcs. You should get 4 Breasts 4 Thighs 4 Drumsticks and 4 wings. Instead they gave him mostly wings and drumsticks WITHOUT telling the customer they were going to get what they had left over because they ran out of the correct pcs of chicken but charged the same money .. pricey too $32.05 for tiny pcs of chicken and not even the right pieces. We called them and spoke to and sent Mino pictures and he was very disinterested you could hear it in his tone of voice and frankly cared less ! I was bothering him - he then said yeah yeah so I owe you some chicken and next time I will do the pcs you didn't get no charge then hung up on me. Got 4 piece Broaster chicken meal with 2 side Cole slaw & broasted potatoes, chicken looked & tasted like it had been cooked then cooked again the meat was so dried out . Long version: Staff does not know how to pronounce the names of the food they serve. Hint: it's called a yee-roh, NOT a jye-roh. I have been ordering from this place for the past six months. The only thing somewhat decent is the pizza. I ordered a sub from here two days ago and I have food poisoning. The guy that answered the phone is rude and anytime you asked to speak to the owner of the establishment, he hangs up the phone on you. Called to let them know that after eating their food last night, we got sick - the person who answered the phone advised that no one got sick and hung up on us. We called back, person who answered the phone claimed to be the "manager" and again told me we didn't get sick. He told me I could come check his freezers and refrigerators - not really sure what that is going to solve, but OK. In the future, you probably shouldn't argue with your customers about feedback and whether or not people got sick after eating food they ordered from you. This was a random stop, people were super friendly here. I googled the place as I was waiting, then realized this place has overwhelmingly bad reviews. I got the double cheese Burger plate add sautéed mushrooms comes with Fries. Got a drink too for under 15 bucks. I mean they load you up on decent quality food, then they make sure you have everything you need if you eat there. Looking at other food going to other customers, either they took the reviews to heart or they have an entirely different night staff. They have good food, it's quick and affordable. Original House was the place my husband and I ordered from whenever we wanted salads/pizza/subs. The last few times I've been there, however, I've noticed a DRASTIC decrease in the quality of the customer service. I've had two notable situations that led me to decide that I will never again order from them (and we ordered at least a couple times a month). One - I stopped in to place an order for salads on my way home from work. I place the order and hand the girl working my debit card. I watch as she slides my card a few times and then hands it back to me without a word, with an expectant look on her face. I ask if there is a problem and she tells me that it is not taking my card. I KNOW there is plenty of money in my account so I told her that there is no problem with my debit card, and ask if it could be their system. She gets another employee who slides my card at least 4 more times before telling me that sometimes their system does not take my type of debit card (M/C) and I would have to pay another way. Ok, annoying - but I used my credit card and sat down to wait for my food. While I was waiting, I look at my receipt and notice that the girl had charged me for a 2 liter of soda that I did not want or order. I went up to the register to tell them and as I am mid-sentance the girl answered the phone and started taking someone elses order. Who I am assuming was the manager came over and I told him. At this point, the girl is off the phone and says "No, I didn't!" about charging me for the soda, despite the charge clearly printed on my receipt. Overall she was just nasty and rude and I left wondering who in their right mind would be ok with a person with her grumpy personality be working with customers. Additionally, a couple days later, I was alerted through my bank that b/c they had tried my card so many times, a fraud alert was placed on my account and I was sent a new debit card. Last night, I worked late so my husband ordered us two small calzones to be delivered. The delivery driver was pulling away as I was arriving home, and when I got inside I see that one of the "calzones" is a small pizza made completely incorrectly! I call to tell them of the error and again am spoken to by TWO employees who I am not sure have ever had a professional conversation with a customer. The girl I talked to mumbled so much that I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. Not a single "We apologize for the error.", in fact, they both acted like I was the crazy one for not being pleased that the order was incorrect. My wife nad I had order from here on and off for a couple of years. Generally get Pizza, salads, and occasionally wings. Since COVID times, we had ben ordering once a week. I mean, we give a lot of business to this place. 2 times in September we each got ill within a couple of hours after eating their food. I could eat here several times a week and not even realize it. The pizza is ok. It's not bad or great but it gets the job done. It's at least as good or better than other pizza places in the area. The subs are GREAT. The house special is my favorite and every other sub I've had seems unbelievable better than it should be. They also make a killer egg and cheeseburger. And of course the service is awesome. They're very pleasant to do business with. I've only ever picked up my food or ordered to eat it there so I can't speak to the delivery service. So disappointed! This was my families favorite spot for the last 6 yrs we order from them once a week. Last few times we ordered they have been forgetting stuff and not recording our order right. We gave them many chances but tonight is the last straw. We only ordered three different items and they messed up two. The small cheese Pizza was good, how do u mess up a cheese pizza we ordered a lasagna with meatballs and they didn't add meatballs and I order a BLT with Mayo and they did not put on the Mayo. The whole order was almost $27 what a rip off! I called to inquire about it this time and spoke to the manager and he said they never charged me for the meatballs and said he could deliver me a side of Mayo what an insult! I ordered a LG meatball sub which is as simple as it gets and only half my sub had meatballs, the other half was just sauce and bread. One of our favorite pizza places in the area, get food from here fairly often and it's consistently good quality. Love that they have a drive-thru window that you can use for pick-up (used to be a Dunkin' here), makes it very convenient to pick up your online/call-in orders. Only thing I'm not a fan of is their jalapeño poppers, I'm used to jalapeño poppers being fried jalapeño, but the ones here are more of a fried ball of spicy sauce that I'm not as big a fan of. Everything else is delicious though, highly recommend as a great local pizza joint. read more

I ordered off the menu on the website. When I called I was told that they wouldn't accept the coupon because it was for dine in only and then told they don't do the coupons anymore....fine. I received the order and the jalapeño poppers were with cream cheese and not cheddar cheese like the website says. At this point I'm already annoyed. I call and say I want a refund for the jalapeño poppers. The person who answered the phone told me they can't find ones with cheddar cheese. I advised that it's on there own website and if that's not the case they should change the website and I want a refund. The employee said "well someone can come pick them up then" and "the website isn't accurate" well if your own website isn't accurate where do I look?! He said they are updating it....I understand there's a pandemic and I'm very empathetic to small businesses however when you straight up lie and then try to basically blame me as a consumer and not offer to assist in the matter I am very unsympathetic to that. I absolutely love this place! I am a big sandwich type of guy, and I love the house special! Turkey Ham Bacon and Roast Beef! Can't go wrong! The meat and the veggies are always fresh and crunchy. Also they have some of the BIGGEST chicken wings I have ever had! These things are HUGE and very juicy! I highly recommend this place. I did have one occasion where the wings where not the quality I am used too from them, But I made a phone call and the owner answered. He was straight to the point and sent me another order asap! The only reason why I give it 4 starts and not 5 is the slow delivery time. We order lunch in the morning when they open at 10 am and its over an hour or more sometimes before we get our food.
