I bought 5 pork schnitzels and 3 sausages (butter chicken, mango curry and apple bacon). They sound/look delish. I had the apple bacon one for supper last night and it was so good ... flavourful, juicy and tender. Gord bought some bacon and a couple sage and cranberry turkey sausage. He had his sage and cranberry turkey sausage for supper last night and some bacon for breakfast. He said both were very good.

They seemed to have focused on alternatives for peanut allergies. I thought that this Expo was focused on gluten allergies and alternatives not nut allergies? Again thankful that they were here as I was a big fan of the cashew cream just not sure as to the why part. Just mind the space because right now during Covid it can feel a bit claustrophobic. When my friends and I went (3 of us), we were the only customers so we were pretty spaced out. The inside is cute and you can see the chocolate making at the back. I got some dark chocolate barks and dark chocolate coconut clusters that were very good!
