Hiring an SEO company sucks…read more Everyone promises you the moon and the stars, and delivers you NOTHING. We tried outsourcing to India, hiring so-called "SEO experts," and even hired a few agencies. We had results here and there, but nothing that seemed to stick. I had all but given up when my brother-in-law mentioned he'd been working with an agency on one of his projects and had rave reviews about the results they got him. That agency was...you guessed it! Spooky Digital. They're young, sharp, and incredibly immersed in the digital world. They helped me understand how search engines like Google work, and what needed to be done in order to rank my site #1. I'm very satisfied with the work they did for me, and I will continue to hire them for my projects and recommend them to anyone who will listen.

They knocked it out of the park. They got us great results, and took a ton of weight off my shoulders (I had been tasked with bringing in new business). They're very tech savvy, and always keep up-to-date on the latest trends in marketing online. Whenever I need the kind of help they can provide, I know exactly who to call! I want to be honest and real with this review, so I'm trying to think of some cons to list, but I truly can't think of anything. Spooky is the best marketing agency in NYC hands down. Thanks again.

I had been a huge fan of the Tough Mudder branding for a while, so when I started working with my co-founders to launch BollyX, Condensed IO was the team I thought of to contact regarding my own branding and marketing strategy. I have worked very closely with the Condensed IO team since the inception of BollyX. From the beginning, I was impressed with how imaginative and talented they are in translating the vision of a company into incredible visual branding. Condensed IO is a full-service marketing partner for us. Not only have they helped us envision and create our brand, they have also built our website (front end and back end) and they produce all our marketing collateral. My working relationship with the Condensed IO team has been nothing but positive. First off, they are extremely fast and reliable. As a startup, I appreciate that they are very hands on and constantly testing and iterating our website. Additionally, they are genuinely passionate about our company, and they are constantly thinking of ways to improve our branding. Lastly, they are extremely approachable and responsive to my team's needs. Even in the most urgent circumstances, I can rely on them. My co-founders and I consider Condensed IO very much a part of our own team.

What makes Condensed so unique is the pride and complete commitment they bring to the design of your brand and website. Condensed is in it with you. Brent and his team would prefer to give up a client before they would compromise on what they think is the best representation for a company. I don't know if I've every worked with someone who spent as much time discussing my site's direction, its design and the overall message we wanted to convey. I came to fully appreciate how they scrutinize every little aspect right down to the type of font that is used. No details is left to chance. Many web designers don't have opinions and just do whatever the customer wants. That seems convenient, but that's not how great sites and brands are built. You need a company that has so much confidence in their skills that they will push back and challenge you if they think it's in the best interest of your business. The truth is, most of us don't know what we need, so having a team that doesn't back down and sticks to their creative vision was critical. I am proud of the warrior combine brand and site and will look forward to future collaborations with the team at Condensed.

My marketing was cobbled together, and it showed. I needed an agency for a visual identity makeover and new web site. I found that and much more in mimoYmima. Teresa and her team understood my brand from the very start. With just a short meeting and creative brief, they came up with such good new logo concepts that I had difficulty choosing. The new logo and tagline are crisp and clean, and definitely resonate with our prospects and clients. I just launched the web site today and am thrilled with the aesthetic and functionality. It is very user friendly, both on the front-end and back-end. And if I had any questions or tweaks along the way, Teresa and team promptly addressed them. ChecklistHomeServices.com 2 more things to note that I love about mimoYmima: 1. They're local, so they know and understand my target customer, their needs, and aesthetic. Teresa and Brett are fellow local entrepreneurs and are invested personally and professionally in my business's success. 2. They are so easy to work with. There is no extensive back and forth communications because they listen. And no haggling over billing because their pricing is straightforward and fair. I have also hired mimoYmima for email marketing and postcard design -- with great results -- and look forward to working with them on future projects. They simply kick ass.

They handled my website, logo, brand identity, and podcast production, and I can say without hesitation that their work is exemplary. Not just visually clean, but strategically sound. Every decision felt intentional. Nothing cookie-cutter. Nothing rushed. Just thoughtful, professional execution from start to finish. What sets them apart is their ability to translate vision into form. I didn't have to over-explain myself -- they listened, asked the right questions, and delivered results that were aligned, elevated, and on point. My brand now looks and feels like what I always knew it was meant to be. Communication was clear. Timelines were respected. The quality was consistent across every deliverable. In a world full of "designers," Bklyn Custom Designs operates like true brand architects. If you want your business to look legitimate, cohesive, and powerful -- this is the team. Period. Unfortunately, a few of the keys stopped working, one of which was part of my password. I took my MacBook to Zach, without an appointment, and he took care of it within a few days. I really appreciated the fact that he opened it up to assess the damage before actually ordering the new keyboard and replacing it. He kept in touch via text messaging throughout the entire process. He even worked until 1130P on a Friday to get the job done since he told me it would be done on a Friday (I took the computer in on Monday). This is the guy to go to for your Mac needs.

Picture it. My BFF and I were vending at an event at the Bell House on a *gorgeous* summer day…read more Only after we arrive, did we realize that we forgot our phone charger, and we would be working the venue for 10+ hours. Yeah...not have a working smartphone while working an event? That's like describing Dante's Circles of Hell...the special one for internet addicts. Heh. Anyhoo, as we were pulling up to the Bell House, I spied a sign for "Mac Support". I quickly drop my stuff off and book it over there in hopes they had a power cord I could buy. The short story: they had it, even though it took forget to get it (and it wasn't even an "official" Apple charger...not that it matters...but the charger was more expensive than the official ones). The TL:DR version: So I see the banner hanging from the side of the building but no store-front...nor any sign that says "*THIS* is the building/door that you want". After trying 2 or 3 doors, I finally figured out the right door...only to be confronted by stairs, an elevator, and a long hallway. Seriously?! I just want a stupid power charger! At this point, a creeper that was following me around on the streets just walked through the doors that I came in. I tried the elevator, but evidently it shuts down at 2pm. What what? *sigh* I know, only *I* could get into this drama over buying a charger. Where was I? Oh yes, so the creeper just walked through the door into this totally empty building, the elevator wasn't working...so I did the only logical thing a girl in 4" heels in a strange city, in an empty building could do...I bolted up the stairs. Fortunately, when I got to the 2nd floor, there was a sign to go down another hallway to get to the store. I ran into that store so fast, it was ridiculous. Once there, it was a lovely and airy space that resembled more like a studio than a tech support shop. There were two or three people working there, and one or two other customers. I stood around for 10 minutes, trying to catch a sales/tech person's eye, before someone pointed me to a sign up sheet. Really? *double sigh* The moment I finished sign-in in, someone came up to help me. Come on...really? Anyways, the tech guy was super helpful and was able to get me a phone charger immediately. Even though it wasn't an official Apple product, yet it cost *more* than an official Apple charger. *triple sigh*. But the important thing was I got my charger, right? And the tech guy was very nice and helpful.
