Overall, your FBO does NOT try to meet or exceed customer satisfaction. Although cordial and friendly, your line staff does not bother to offer a ride in their golf carts for the long walk to the FBO. Even though passing multiple times close by and even stopping to ask questions. Even the counter staff does not offer a smile or a greeting when first entering the building. Also, Not Cool. on a scale of 1 - 10, I rate their customer service as 1. Luckily, the are other FBO's with friendlier and more customer centered service personnel on the field.

Their insta has a bunch of pictures of passengers with dogs, so they are clearly selling that experience. While I have a dog and love traveling with him by car, I wasn't psyched to be on a flying kennel. May look for other options.
