I requested service to spray for flies and Asian beatles. The technician came out and sprayed the windows and doors and outside. He stated that we could call him back within 30 days and they would come out for no charge. I then get text messages to set up an inspection and to set up rodent services at a discounted rate. I agree to that and set up a date. The same day I received a bill in the mail for rodent services and they started it the date they came out. No inspection was ever completed and the services were not received. Do not trust this company. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the service i received. I had mice and had an inspector come in, Robert Lee, who suggested some work to exclude mice from the home. Things were fine initially and i had no mice issue from December 2024 until may 2025. However i was supposed to have Bob stopping by with a lifetime warranty on the fiberglass insulation but he air coming. He made appointments worth me and never showed up, never responded to me to explain or reschedule, and then completely quit responding. Now i have a significant mouse issue again and have to start all over with another company. I am looking into this further but intend to warn as many people as i can about what happens with orkin after the uninitiated couple of visits. Very disappointing. read more

Absolutely stay away from these greasy slime bags. They will bleed you dry and run. They are the single worst customer service in the country, and I've had to talk to Spirit airlines. I cannot stress this enough, please stay as far away as you possibly can from these people. If you live within 500 miles of an Orkin office, you are way too close. Save yourself the headache and give your money to someone else. Literally anyone else. That homeless dude at the Kwik Trip is more deserving of your money than Orkin. I had to pull teeth and do a backflip through my own ass to get them to schedule a follow up because they never sent the inspector and my issue is getting exponentially worse. FINALLY got someone to answer a phone and had an appointment today. The appointment was for June 10, 2025 and the 2 hour window was from 4-6 pm. I stood in my yard for every second of that 2 hour window. It's almost 6:30 and nothing from them. Of course I can't call them to ask what's going on because THEY DIDNT ANSWER THE FUCKING PHONE. Fuck Orkin. All this money to be on a "contract" for "protection" for a year. You best believe I'll fucking die before they get a penny more out of me. read more

GB office bad!!! whole experience with them...B A D! 2 no show appointments! 1st no one just showed up! Inept computer system I guess. 2nd they were sending a "manager" in the AM and by 1pm... NO Show .. no call. The GB office could SEE her on the GPS map... she was up here.... Like that matters to us..... by now we've lost trust. If you could see the person up here and she hadn't made it to her AM appointments, be smart enough to call her other appointments and let them know..... that's good business. Absolutely terrible experience from the initial inquiry. On Wednesday, 5/17, Spoke with Mary (Sales lady) about the option of mosquito control. While boisterous personality and expensive service (quoted $146 fist visit and $76 each month after, I thought I may try it but had questions for the tech before committing. Mary said someone would contact me to setup an appt. About 1 minute after I hung up the phone, I received a 'text' message from Jacob from Orkin (not asking to call me for an appt, but telling me of a special in our area, and quoting me $190 first visit and $95 each mo after. I was confused. I responded to tell him that this price was higher than I was just quoted. Within 30 seconds, Jacob responded again dropping the quote to $150 initial and $90 each mo after. I responded to let him know he was sending me all red flags and that I decided to look elsewhere for my needs. I received no further response from Jacob. Today, Friday, 5/19, I received a text message from Orkin, stating they are going to be at my home on 5/22 (yes, via a text message, can you believe it?). I quickly responded to stop that appt, but their text does not accept texts back!!!! Ughh. Just then, I saw an email come in from Orkin, also stating that they will be at my house on 5/22. I tried to respond to the email, but guess what? Yep, their email does not accept replies either. I went back to the text message and found the phone number provided. I called three times and left three messages to let them know we do 'not' want their service and what I thought about what had transpired. Their website gives phone number and says 24 hour service, yet their voicemail says they are closed. When speaking to Mary during the initial call, I made it a point to let her know I prefer phone contact, not text or email. So much for that. Customers beware! Save yourself from grief, seek your pest control elsewhere. If they show up at my door on 5/22, it will be a wasted trip for them. I will be attempting to contact them on Saturday, and Sunday, and Monday morning. What a headache. read more

These people are totally inept. Bart, the guy who actually did the pest control work, was helpful and I did have him come back again once. But everyone else I've had to deal with from Rollins (the parent company) on down was useless. I paid for the services up front, in full. Every month for the last 5 months I get a bill, plus interest. I have called Orkin in Green Bay. I have called Rollins. Every single time I call, I get agreement that my account is paid up, in full, and promises that it will be taken care of in one way or another. Next month, like clockwork, I get another bill. Being retired and trying to live on a strict budget, this is very, very stressful to us. There are plenty of other pest control companies around. DON'T call Orkin! read more

If no stars was an option I would do that. I've had nothing but problems from the start. I called because I had a mouse problem in my basement crawl space. They told me over the phone that it'd be a $200 initial service then $41/month after. When the tech arrived he told me that's not what I wanted that that was preventative only and would have to be bid out to fix that so the manager came and bid it. He told me that I would get all the insulation cleaned up and redone and heavy duty plastic on the floor since it's a storage area and you are crawling on it. They gave me the quote and I reluctantly did it because they said they could meet my hours and would have it done that week. He said he would call me the next day. 4 days later I got a call from the other manager to schedule and he would not meet my hours and would only do a 8am start. I tried contacting them back once I got someone to be at my house with no response. With all the problems they dropped the price from $1270 to $900 so I told them to come and told them I could get off at 11am to come and do the service. They came today and did the work with 2 people in less than 2 hours. They told me they would use thick plastic on the floor as a moisture barrier so it's durable and doesn't rip, they used 4mil and it's extremely uneven and looks horrible. If you crawl Accross the seam it will rip. They then charged me the full $1270 and when I brought it up he said he was happy with the service and that if I look at it that he paid 2 people $149/hour each plus supplies it was a good deal and would credit me for the extra. He did not care I was unhappy and would not even come look at it or discuss fixing it or why I was told one thing and recieved another. This whole ordeal was nothing but problems I caught him in several lies and asked for his supervisors number and to cancel the contract multiple times and he will not give it to me or cancel it. Don't go through them and make sure if you do it's all in writing before hand because he likes to talk big and not follow through. read more

Piggybacking on my 8/9/21 review. Even though I was told that a visit by a tech had not been scheduled when I called to confirm my appt for the following day, a tech did show up. I wasn't home because I was told I hadn't been put on their schedule. Anyway, I called to talk to the tech (Jared) after he visited and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and shared his findings with me. He made another trip to my house so that I could show him something. Jared rocks! I'm still rating the service low due to the hassle of trying to schedule an appt 2x only to be told both times that I wasn't on their schedule. The first was a no show. read more

I called Orkin and their local rep showed up the following day. She was very professional and explained the procedure to us and our tenant. He had a flea problem and I was concerned the first application would not take care of the problem , and there were no promises it would, but we were very happy when one was all it took. The price was reasonable at $250.00 . Just to be done with it. Since our tenant had bombed the little house 3 times prior. I do highly recommend our local Orkin rep ( Petie ). I had a bed bug problem and used Orkin in Green Bay. I was pleased with the service, even though it was expensive. Kevin and Norm were very thorough and solved the problem. I learned a lot about bed bugs from them and have totally changed my travel habits since I brought them back from a 4 star hotel in Paris. I wouldn't wish bed bugs on my worst enemy. read more

I should have cancelled service months ago, but waited until today to do so, reasons being: - in March of 2019 Orkin offered a free service for rat/ mouse inspection, while nothing is ever free, I took advantage and had them out. They inspected the house and told me I had mice/ rats and to totally eradicate them, it would $17,000. It was laughable. I hired a local company that came recommended and they came out to do a similar inspection, and found not signs of mice/ rats, but did lay traps throughout the house, inspected the the house and traps for 120 days and found nothing- total price $ 300. - I purchased the house spray from Orkin in March of 2019, with the promise that it would nearly eliminate all insects around the house, additionally I purchased the yard spray- again promising it would nearly eliminate all pests around the house... results varied drastically from what promised. We continued to have pests around the house, Asian Lady bugs swarmed our house when the neighbors houses had no issues, we battled large fly populations around the house, spiders, etc. - when I would call and voice concerns about the quality of service, no one cared- I would get transferred to Jennifer so I could leave a VM... no return call. I had Orkin service while we lived in another state- could not have been happier... this location sucks. Avoid. read more
