Despite paying them, our rodent and bug issues were never resolved. My husband ultimately had to go to Walmart to buy DIY products just to get the situation under control. When the person came to apply the treatment to my yard he only put the granules right around the house. Even though what the service is was misrepresented I will still be held to the year contract. Buy a container of Home Defense and put down your own insect granules. I don't like to put down the granules is the only reason I decided to give Moxie a try. I waited a couple weeks while out of town to see if the treatment might take a while to kick in. Over the next couple weeks I noticed an increasing amount of a particular type of insect, so I called the company to get a re-treatment. I was contacted by Mark the company owner who was very strident and disrespectful, offering a re-treatment after an additional $90.00 fee. I was very disappointed that I was not offered a re-treatment as a courtesy. The topper is that mark hung up on me. I would not ever refer this company to any person, as customer service and quality of treatment are not important to them.
