I was being charged monthly $39/mo, the first time I noticed the charge, no one had even come out to spray (I work from home). I guess they come out monthly which is not what I was told by the phone agent when getting a quote, this drastically increased the overall cost. They don't let us know before they come out. I never received a bill, contract, or email receipt until today. I couldn't even log in to my account online because I was never given my account #. Today an agent actually left us a paper invoice and I was able to cancel service. Again when I explained the error in communication, the phone agent who cancelled my service explained the payment and amount of time they come out differently. STEER CLEAR! And if you have to use them, GET A PAPER CONTRACT AND ACCOUNT NUMBER AT THE FIRST VISIT.

I was contacted by Mark the company owner who was very strident and disrespectful, offering a re-treatment after an additional $90.00 fee. I was very disappointed that I was not offered a re-treatment as a courtesy. The topper is that mark hung up on me. I would not ever refer this company to any person, as customer service and quality of treatment are not important to them.
