I decided to see a therapist after being raped. The inital lmhc who did my intake appointment was great. But then, the psychiatrist put me on two prescriptions, one an anti-depressant I've never taken despite no diagnosis pf depression. I asked her if there were any side effects I should be aware of, and she shrugged me off. I decided to spend time in Jax with my family recovering from the rape trauma. I was told by the OBH office staff that I was too new for them to fill our my short-term dosability paperwork, but they agreed, on 16 May, to fax my records to my trusted ob in Jax. I called them FIVE TIMES between 5/16 and 5/30 to check the status of my records. Each time I was either put on hold for hours til my phone died or hung up on when 5 pm hit. On 5/30, I took matters into my own hands and drove two hours (shorter than their phone wait times) to obtain a physical copy of my records. When I arrived, the secretary told be it was up to the Board of Directors whether or not my records could be released. I told her that if that was indeed the case, she should have given me fair notice on 5/16. I told her I would not leave the office til I had obtained a physical copy of my records so I could fax them to my trusted ob in Jax myself. After waiting ~1 hr, I announced I could not wait any longer. I told the secretary her office was grossly incompetent (I'm a lawyer) and that her office's failure to exercise due diligence will prevent my from getting ~$2K of disability next week. I told her I'd be calling the office manager, the Agency for Healthcare Administration Hotline, and the Disability Rights Hotline. At this point two other patients stood up to make similar complaints. Then another women emerged from the back of the office and was deeply apologetic. I told ber I wasn't blaming her and the secretary but the office as a whole. The records were finally sent to my ob, but I had to request another extension from HR and will not receive disability pay til 6/20. I face evication for failure to pay rent and may go hungry due to the negligence of this office. I sought the help of a therpaist due to severe PTSD/anxiety, and Orlando Behavioral Healthcare has only exacerbated my anxiety. As a lawyer, I couldn't not call them out and speak for patients who don't have the ability to speak for themselves. Don't go here...I will not be returning and will seek health elsewhere. I'm a patient with complicated physical health...I've seen dozens of specialists and easily got into Mayo Clinic...but I've never dealt with an office as incompetent as Orlando Behavioral Health. Just a thought - maybe pay your doctors less and make sure you have enough staff to take care of your patients first. I've been coming here (Maitland offor a while and I think Tammy is great ( my therapist), but I was so mad when I was scheduled an appointment on the 3rd of June and got no texts or phone calls . So I called and the woman on the phone said they were having issues with the calls/texts and they would probably reimburse me. Yet two minutes later she calls back and says that they did send a text and I didn't respond so i would be charged $50. I absolutely got no texts or calls. This place is an absolute joke. If I could give no stars or negative stars I would! This place is a joke with an office staff and "doctors" who do not care. I called to confirm my appointment, and when I showed up I was greeted with a "oh no one called you? Your appointment was cancelled because someone mis-scheduled you." I stated that I called an hour ago and was not told that. I was basically told too bad and was asked to leave. Then when I came back the following week I was told that I had a missed appointment fee from last week. The appointment that they cancelled! When I explained this I was told I would need to call their office manager to get it removed from my account. I did repeatedly, and I was never called back. I gave up on this place and found help elsewhere. The doctors here only want to treat you with pills and offer little to no help. Many OCPS and Disney employees are forced to use this place because it is only offered by our insurance. Luckily I found somewhere that is affordable and helpful. I came to the Maitland facility in September to talk with a psychiatrist for a medication I needed. After going to them for a couple months, I went to my primary doctor and they said they could prescribe me as long as they get the records from the psychiatrist. I came in January to sign a release form and OBH said they would send my records over shortly after. I went to my primary doctor a couple of weeks later and they told me that OBH had still not sent the records and whenever they tried to call them, could never get a hold of them. So I called them to see what the status was and their response was "well faxing records takes a long time." So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a couple of weeks to send. We are now in May and my doctor has still not received my records. I called them a second time to see what the deal was. The lady said she would send an immediate message to records department to contact me as soon as he saw the message. I never got a call from the guy. A week passed and this time I went into the office. They first said to me that the record department is not affiliated with them and they couldn't get them. I told them I have been trying to get my records since January and I wasn't leaving without them. They told me to wait while they tried to reach him "because he is very busy". I waited for half an hour for them to call me up and say we sent him a message but he hasn't responded and gave me his card to try and reach him myself. His business card said his office was in the same building, so why couldn't they walk over to them and get them for me? So they said they would call me whenever he responded. Another week passed and here we are in June and still no call back. Yesterday I called the office again and her first response to me was that they didn't even have my number on file to contact me and she added my number. The woman on the phone asked which psychiatrist I saw, they didn't even know, shouldn't that be on my file? And continued to tell me she was going to walk over to the records department and ask herself and would call me back immediately. This was at 10 in the morning and still no word by 2 o'clock. So I called back and this time the guy on the phone gave me the excuse that Dr.Rodriguez is on vacation and wouldn't be back until next Tuesday and then he could ask him for my records. Why do you need the doctors permission when I signed a release form? I told the guy about my problem and that I wasn't getting off the phone until you tell me I can come and physically pick up my records. He typed away on his computer and said he sent a message to the doctor but "he probably won't respond right now because he's in an appointment." Didn't you just tell me he was on vacation? He told me he'd call me back. My response was are you though because you said that last time and I never heard from you? He said I'd get a call back by the end of the day and if not in the morning. So here we are the next morning and no call and I have now been sitting in their office for an hour waiting for my records. This place is absolutely horrible and ridiculous. At this point, I'm lead to believe that you don't even have my records and instead of telling me that you're coming up with lies. If I could give this place zero stars I would. What kind of place, that is dedicated to helping people, have in no way helped me? No regard for patient's personal time. Every appointment I book, I have to plan on staying at least 1-2 hours PAST my appointment to be seen. With that, I am seen for 2 mins for Rx refills. On several occasions, I have seen people with young children have appointments they were 2-5 mins late for, had the appointment cancelled by the receptionist and were not able to reschedule for another week. These are for kids that have conditions that I assume need medication for on a regular basis. I have had two experiences with two different doctors that have no regard for their patients issues. Misdiagnoses and a general lack of empathy and care is very prevalent here. Receptionists are ignorant of patients waiting in the area and the doctor's schedule. There has been one time I have showed up for an Saturday appointment and the doctor left before she could see me, unknowingly that I was in the waiting room. I had to reschedule for another week. Please, if you can afford it and have the means, look elsewhere for your mental healthcare. This place makes it 10x worse with the headache of disorganization and disregard for patients as people. Just don't even bother. This place is so poorly managed that you won't ever get into see an actual doctor. I'm not even sure there are really doctors there. It might be a scam money laundering place. If there are actual doctors there, they do not care at all about their patients. They made us wait three months for the initial appointment and then have subsequently cancelled the appointment four times. We are talking about peoples mental health and well being - this place would rather let you die than keep their appointments. I am also reporting to the medical board and my health insurance. This is for the Maitland location(an hour from my home). If I could give this place a 0 I would. This office is filled with incompetent staff who do not really listen when you give them your information, and make you waste a significant amount of time. My online insurance page said Orlando Behavioral Health accepted my insurance, so I proceeded to call the office to make sure, so I could make an appointment. Upon further communication, the woman double checked my insurance information (group id, member id) to make sure my insurance was accepted. She confirmed it was accepted, so I proceeded to make an appointment for the same day. When I arrived for my 4 pm appointment I had trouble signing in as they spelled my last name wrong in the system. I met with a therapist by the name of Barbara Bernbaum and she asked me a series of questions. She is older and obviously has trouble hearing, as she had to keep asking me what I said. After the appointment with Barbara, they referred me back to the front desk to tell me that my insurance was not accepted and they were going to charge me $174. I would have never wasted my time driving all the way to Maitland to spend this type of money. I discussed it with the front staff who seem entirely unintelligent and oblivious to actually listening to people's concerns. After nearly an hour, they were able to reduce the cost to $74. This morning I received a phone call from them saying that it will be a further $200 that I owe as they do not accept my insurance. This place is fraudulent and does illegal business. I would never even recommend that my enemy go to this place. Worst experience of my life with a mediocre therapist who barely showed she cared and was hard of hearing. I refuse to pay this money to them as they were dishonest from the very first call. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. read more

This place is absolutely horrible. Pill plant who employs the most inadequate and careless people possible. You will never get your medication on time. You will always wait over an hour to be seen and then told your therapist/psychiatrist has left for the day. Appointments are never available within an available time for you. This is for the Windermere office. I've been going here for at least a couple of years. I cannot really say if they work for me or not. With mental health, individual results may vary. I can tell you right now, if you're nitpicky about punctuality this isn't the place for you. I know that emergencies happen and one must be flexible, but we never start on time and most of the time it feels very rushed. I think I might be okay with the timing thing if that was how it is for all patients there--but once I was late (by 5 minutes) and I couldn't be seen because the psych had an important appointment with another patient that had to start on time (or else). My daughter is a patient of the nurse practitioner, Ann. We had our second appointment at 3:30 today. We got stuck in school traffic and arrived at 3:36. We rushed in (the waiting room was completely empty), signed in, and paid $100 for our visit. Then we sat and waited about 7 minutes. The receptionist then called me up and said "umm...I didn't realize you were late for your appt. Do you really need to see someone today?" I apologize for being a few minutes late and explained that we did because it was our first medication check-up. She said, "Well - you'll have to reschedule. Ann won't see you today." I was completely shell-shocked. I asked why and she said, "Well - you were 8 minutes late." I disputed that (because it was 6 minutes), but said, "Don't you have a courtesy window? I wasn't excessively late and I'm standing here with a teenager that needs a doctor checkup on psychiatric medication." She said that nope - there's no courtesy window given. I said, "Then what's the recourse for the fact that we waited almost 20 minutes to see Ann last time we were here? There was zero consideration given for OUR time." And then I asked to speak to a manager. She got a manager on the phone and then Ann popped in the office. She started telling me that I was 8 minutes late...I pointed out to her that her office clock was 2 minutes fast compared to my cell phone. She shrugged. She said it was only a 15 minute appointment. I reminded her that we could still have had 9 minutes of that, but instead she l get us just sitting there in the waiting room. She shrugged. Then she told me that we could wait around in case someone else didn't show up. I told her this was extremely poor patient care. And again, she just shrugged. A very kind woman who signed in after us overheard this conversation, walked up, and offered us 15 minutes of her 4 pm appointment. She said she'd had the same thing happen to her there before too and thought it was absolutely ridiculous and dangerous for the patients they treat. I thanked her profusely, looked at Ann (who stood there glaring at me) and opted to leave instead because I have zero trust in her. To say I'm disappointed and upset by this experience is an understatement. This is a woman that we're paying an exorbitant amount of money to care for people in fragile mental states. Her actions today made me believe that she's only in it for the money, not out of any concern or empathy for her patients. read more

I get a new unkempt doctor that gave me a questionnaire to fill out that was just looking for you to have serious issues. She had no idea what medications as I guess she was too lazy to pull up my chart. And now at 51, she decides I could be bipolar? Really? I told her I was a recent domestic violence victim and my diagnosis for years has been generalized anxiety disorder. On top of hating the office staff, this doctor is the worst and I am never ever going back. She was very rude and not friendly. My normal 15 minute appointment took me an hour and a half. Guess what honey, based on your appearance, refusal to review my file ahead of time, I think you are the one that could be bipolar. If I could go negative on points I certainly would. The staff is completely unprofessional and disgustingly rude. Its unfortunate to have to pay for a service without chance of refund when it comes to healthcare services. The patient has no way of highlighting the horrible behavior except to write bad reviews. I had to call to cancel an appointment and because it was not 24hrs in advance I was still charged. It is unfortunate because they are closed on Sundays so this policy is a little hard to follow on a Monday. Also, when trying to discuss with the receptionist she was not helpful, flat, and rude. This is all coming from the same office that had a 5 minute appointment, only to charge me because they could not call in a medication.... however when it was an emergency situation a medication was able to be called in for me that day without a copay or office visit. I've been with my therapist for six years and she is a great listener. When I finally found out my old Dr was not up to par I got a Dr at Windermere. Because I know what to expect I know doctors do there jobs in less time. Having an illness for 27 years I recommend patients schedule regular visits since they get booked quickly. read more

I will say just a few words. AVOID Orlando Behavioral Health if you can It's almost impossible to reach someone in the office. Your calls are put on hold on an average of five minutes or sent to voice mail. The billing department is so confused and they try to collect more than owed. If it's possible avoid seeing Margaret Morgan, one of the therapist in the east Orlando office.She will not return calls and will cancel your appointments without a call and then deny it. Very Disceptive. I will say that Dr Ruiz who also is in their east Orlando office is great! 5 stars! He is one of the psychiatrist there. I have never left a review before but I feel this is so necessary because I just had to call the office 5 times to actually talk to someone, finally make some progress, and then had the phone disconnect as I was making the appointment. And then I had to cal 3 more times after the phone disconnected, and I was connected with an incredibly rude girl that seemed to have little knowledge of any of the workings. I asked to speak to the woman I had before, and was simply told there were a lot of other girls taking calls and that they were busy, and that was that. I did not matter at all. All I wanted to do was schedule an appointment to switch medicines. I can't imagine if I was someone who really desperately needed the help at that moment. And after all that, I still have no appointment. Rest assured, they will not call you back if you leave a message. One of their voicemail inboxes is completely full, and I guarantee you will not get any calls from the other. I have actually been hung up on by the people that have worked there. My appointments are short and the therapists are nice, but if you have anything more specific than general depression or anxiety, I do not recommend. I have OCD and the sessions seemed sporadic and overall hurt instead of helped. I often left just feeling confused. Good luck actually getting to make an appointment with these people. I have been going to Orlando Behavioral Health for about 9 months and I do agree with other reviews about the scheduling and office staff being disorganized. When you call to make an appointment they usually transfer you several times and place you on hold for a while. I have never had an appointment that was lost though, and have always been seen within the time period that I was supposed to. I see Jim Bogan for personal counseling as well as relationship counseling and he is awesome. He knows how to direct a conversation, gives great personal experience examples, and is a positive presence in our lives. He has made time to contact me on the weekend when I was going through a particularly rough time. He is always on time and if not biased toward either side during our couples sessions. If you have had issues with the overscheduling with other counselors, try Jim. I have never been cut short or waited for my appointment to start. The Maitland office was a little more disorganized in regards to the receptionsist, but when the receptionist was off somewhere, one of the docotors actually helped me and signed me in. Overall, what I am really looking for is a great counselor, as I have met with other counselors in the area and was not impressed. jim definately exceeded my expetations. read more

Awful. Poor service, long waits, lots of times they cancel the appt (and then want to charge you). They want $50 just to call in a refill Rx. Their "new" phone and computer system has both Maitland and Windermere confused as hell. Their billing is always screwed up. expect to wait 20-30 mins. just to check in and then an addl 1 hour after you've checked in. At one point, earlier this year of 2019, they had so many psych doctors leave, there was no one to see patients. Laughable if it wasn't so sad. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would for every visit or interaction I've ever had. It takes 30 minutes on the phone before being able to speak with a human to book an appointment or find out your appointment status. Every visit I've had to wait 45-60 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. Today the doctor is running TWO AND A HALF HOURS behind his normal schedule. I've seen them deny people visits and charge them fees when they were ten minutes late. I've never had an appointment start on time for either the doctors or the therapists. I suspect they have a bad habit of overbooking. I usually try to show up five minutes late and I still end up waiting on another patient before me. The only reason I still go here is it's a pain to start over with a new doctor. Dr. Rodriguez has been my husband's psychiatrist for I'd say about 6 months. Every time we enter the facility to check in for his appointments there's about an hour wait for his turn, even if we arrive right on time instead of early...that is if his appointments don't get canceled...this is the second or third time Dr. Rodriguez has canceled on my husband...in SIX MONTHS....Do yourself a favor if you've requested an appointment and find somewhere else... read more

I usually don't write about doctors' offices on here, but I felt compelled to this time. I am likely going to switch because I am so wholly unimpressed. My doctor was running three patients behind. Whenever I'm here, it is like a revolving door. I'm in and out within 5-10 minutes and do not get the impression that the doctor cares much about my health. I luckily do not have a serious problem, but if I did, I would immediately switch! The office seems to address people with serious mental health issues, in addition to people with court orders to be there for group therapy. I personally do not like this environment. If I could go somewhere else I would but my insurance covers this place so, yeah. The reviews for the Maitland location are hilariously true, but this is the only place many people's work insurance covers and I think they know that and act like they don't care because they don't have to. I actually loved my therapist at the Windermere location and thought the front desk there was decent. I loved the reviewer who spoke of the mythical Wanda who solves billing issues. I would come in and they would say I owe money and I would have saved in my phone the money I paid, the dates, who I talked to and they would go, "Oh." You have to keep track of these things because they don't put notes in the system or can't or I have no idea why but I find myself telling the same story to people every month. When you walk in the front desk won't greet you. You can be standing there five minutes and they wont say anything. Then you go to sit down and someone comes in and you have to go up to the glass because they wont say you were there first. All the women have long tacky decorated nails and have personal conversations right in front of you. I tapped on the glass when no one was there and the chick actually ignored me and hid behind a cubicle wall. Then another girl came to take care of me and the girl who ran away came over and started talking to this girl. You didnt want to help me and now you are stopping this chick from helping me? All the people working here are young. Maybe this is their first job and they dont know any better. Maybe the manager hires her friends. I have no idea. This should be obvious but they never call you to remind you of your appointment and they are super busy so you have to make your appointments a month in advance if its a drug dealer, although the therapists are easier to get because they arent very good at this location and lets be real, most people want the pills to not be crazy. They called me once to tell me that the doctor was cancelling on me. I said, "Can you reschedule me now?" and she said, "No, I am just calling to tell you to call back on another day to reschedule." Also, when you call they will put you on hold instantly and sometimes they just leave you on hold so you hang up and call back. One time I was on hold 15 minutes. I am trying to not see Dr. Rodriguez anymore because, as another reviewer said, he will make you wait minimum 20 minutes to be seen and then you are in there max 5 minutes. It's like, "Drugs good? Yeah? Okay, I called in new script." He is a nice guy but I just don't understand why he is always late and always eating; One time he actually offered me some Hispanic type of churro sweet salty treat - it was horrible. Dr. Ahmed talked to me for 5-10 mins and was on time so see him if you want. The front desk will tell you that they schedule people for 15 minutes at most which is kind of ridiculous. read more

Dr. Denise Barnard has been treating my teenage daughter for almost a year now. I was skeptical at first to bring her in to this Practice because the reviews were so poor. I'm please to share with you , that Dr. Denise Barnard has been extremely professional and compassionate every time we go to see her. She is not there to baby anyone but to find a solution after she asks intelligent questions and give very clever advice to my daughter and I to follow thru. We aren't there to become friends with her but to find a medical solution for a better quality of life! As far as the office itself. I do have to admit, when you walk in, it's a depressing atmosphere. The office could really use a major make over to make it not only more welcoming and relaxing but also to make it more organized as it seems a little disorganized maybe because we get to see every single action that should take place "behind the scenes" due to the glass windows. Every time I call to make an appointment or to get a refill or anything office related, the staff is very courteous and polite. At times, it does takes some time to get someone to pick up the phone promptly but I'm sure it has to do with how busy that office gets. So I came across these Yelp reviews googling the places phone number, big surprise they didn't answer, so I thought I would throw in my .02. I give zero stars to the office but 5 for my Dr. I've seen Dr. Juan B. in maitland on and off for a few years now and just starting seeing him again after over a year with no health insurance. I have been EXTREMELY pleased with Dr. B but the office/admin is a joke. It's a bunch of clock watching young girls with attitude problems that are completely oblivious to anything even remotely work related. When I call I literally tell them I'm on top of a bridge and about to jump so that they won't put me on hold TRY IT IT WORKS. I need my meds approved or something to jump through all the government B.S. and can't get ahold of ANYONE. It's poor business management coupled with a complete lack of work ethic. I really do like Dr. Juan B. He doesn't joke around at all and you better not be late because he is like clockwork but he has provided me with great service. It's none of my business but I know a lot of Drs are sub contractors so I don't imagine he has any control over the office staff. His visits are short but thorough and he takes care to not over medicate. Between meds and other tools he provides I feel I get a lot of value for my insurances dollar. He's got me relying more on other strategies than meds and seeing him really does improve my quality of life. Zero stars. Worst place ever. They've cancelled my appointment twice and set another appointment up 3 weeks later. This delays my medication for 3 weeks lmao. After asking if I can just see someone else they tell me no one else there is covered by my insurance. I ask if they can make an exception since THEY are the ones cancelling my appointment. NOPE. Are you serious? I thought it must of been some huge family emergency that Ann at the Kissimmee location cancelled but nope. Reading these reviews just opens my eyes to see they're a poorly run business run by people who have low morales and no respect for their patients. If insurance wasn't an issue and people could choose where they'd want to be treated this place wouldn't have one damn patient. I'm sure they read these reviews and get a kick out of how much they are pissing people off, they seem like those kind of people. So if you're reading, go ahead and cancel my next appointment. I do not recommend anyone to go to any of their offices. The staff is very rude and they put you on hold for a very long time. The doctor do not even know how to help my son. They take a long time for medical records you leave messages and they never return the call back. I even left a voice message to the office manager and I am still waiting for her phone call. ZERO STARS. To call this institution DANGEROUS for mental health patients would be an understatement. If you have any mood disorder, anxiety disorder, depression, self esteem issues, or PTSD from abuse; PREPARE TO BE TRIGGERED CONSTANTLY. The doctors are also extremely outdated when it comes to education on female psychology and psychiatry, applying outdated methods and mindsets. (Attributing symptoms to gender stereotypes) They also seem to be outdated as to how several MAJOR CHANGES have occurred within the DSM. (Including gender and sexuality!) The office is despicably managed, employees are rude and apathetic to the point of being the subject of your therapy sessions. The doctors are always running behind, but oddly, never give patients their full appointment time. The office will ignore you, manipulate you and your insurance company and then blame you. The imaginary Wanda who handles financial screw ups is impossible to reach. The office manager easily becomes explosive if you have a complaint or are unsatisfied in any way. Once again, they will blame YOU for whatever goes wrong. Your doctor can be running 45min behind, but if you don't sign in on time you forfeit you appointment with payment. You are never greeted, the attitudes from the front desk range from annoyed to apathetic; never warm or friendly. The phones are impossible to get through. Doctors don't actually watch your medication (my mother and i have twice been put on a dangerous combination of medications) Speaking of medications, they will hold your medication hostage. If you try to make an appointment less than 18 days in advance you're gunna have a bad time. Multiple people have suffered withdrawals and hospitalization due to their poor medication management. THE OFFICE ACTUALLY RECOMMENDED I GO TO THE E.R. TO GET MEDICATION BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T FIT ME IN IN LESS THAN 14 DAYS. They recommended this a week before I even ran out of medication! Who has the finances for that shit what the hell!? This place needs to be closed. It's not only unprofessional, they're one scheduling error away from a class action lawsuit due to people being hospitalized and traumatized. read more

This place is HORRIBLE! . The office staff looks at you like they hate you for making them work.Unfortunately after our awful experience I looked them up and saw all the terrible reviews. For a behavioral health facility I was shocked. McDonald's has more knowledgeable and professional employees. When I asked to see the dr. they had set me up with they looked as if they've never heard of the person. We sat and waited for an hour and no one was competent enough to tell us why we were waiting so long. All the patients in the lobby looked miserable. Two different patients expressed their frustration with them. Even one of the doctors was rude to the girl at the front desk right in front of everyone in the lobby. We walked out feeling mentally f*cked up rather than receiving support. It's a shame that a place like this exists and is considered a mental health facility. read more

My nurse practitioner psychologist is qualified, however the other services are mediocre in the fact that I met with3 psychologists before finding one that had enough depth of experience to help me. ...... ALSO, Make mental health civilized, please. this office is Under staffed and Under stocked. Why cut costs on the small things that lessen anxiety, especially at a mental health services office?? 1. add extra reception staff so long lines don't form (major stressor), 2. make bottled water available, even if they will charge for it; super anti-hospitable, and 3. stock each professional office with tissue... now, that's an idea!!! This office feels kind of like a processing plant instead of a Care facility. read more

I've been trying to make it work at this practice for almost 2 years. Billing is constantly incorrect because they process my insurance wrong, and I'm STILL dealing with balance inconsistencies from appointments from 2016. Doctors are never available at convenient times or locations (I live closest to the Kissimmee office but have been scheduled for "expedited" care in Maitland), and I'm ALWAYS coming in behind a patient that shows up for their appointment only to find out it's been cancelled because the doctor called out. It's been hit or miss with the therapeutic care (out of four doctors I've seen, only one has really clicked), and medical care is a joke. I constantly feel like I'm being talked down to, the healthcare professionals never keep track of their notes correctly (actually have to correct them numerous times, whether it be for dosage amount or condition listing), and they always always ALWAYS bill me incorrectly. I've been patient and tried to make it work because it has a shorter waiting period than other practices I've tried to get into for appointments, but enough is enough. It's good if you're a Disney employee and want to use the free Employee Assistance Program benefits, but other than that ... invest your money in your health elsewhere. read more
