I travel full-time and triple tow a small utility trailer. The hitch tore off while passing through West Point. Called many welding shops, and out of all of them, Orman's was the only one that answered the phone. Sandy answered and was very thorough in getting the information needed to get the job approved by Orman. I called back later, and a very nice and pleasant woman, Jade answered she located Sandy and he told me to bring the trailer in and they will fix it up. The next day it was finished and I was very impressed at how well they fabricated the new hitch mount. With lots of concern for safety and future maintenance. Quality was great. Was on the road the next day heading to Tennessee with peace of mind and a much better than expected trailer hitch. 5 stars are not enough! read more
