I told him I felt threatened by this behavior and he said find yourself another attorney and fired me ! 3 weeks before my hearing which puts me in a terrible position. Then he wouldn't refund $2,500! After doing nothing for me... he is out for the money and it's very clear. I recommend looking at 5 star reviews and doing your homework very carefully. So far with my brief encounter with Foley & Wilson Law they seemed incredible and have a perfect 5 stars. I also recommend James Chandler in Naples they are by far better human beings and lawyers.
