She was patient and kind and answered all of the daft questions I could possibly throw her way! She went out of her way to find us options that suited us and when one of our doors threw a spanner in the works (who knew a door could be too small!?) she just found us alternatives that fit within our budget and still did what we wanted. Nothing was ever too much for Desi and we knew that if we dropped her an email with a question we wouldn't be kept waiting for a reply as you can be with some trades. It really is a family run business with Andy coming out to measure up the doors for us too and they have never been anything but incredibly honest with us along the way - offering advice and options so we could make our own (well informed) decisions. Then when the doors were fitted, you wouldn't have even known that they'd been - so clean and tidy! I cannot wait to be in a position to be able to replace our windows because these guys will be our first stop for sure.

I contacted Window Geeks only to learn that the original company had been taken over. I was informed that previous work was not guaranteed by the new company but someone would contact me. It is now the middle of July and I am still waiting. As a pensioner I cannot afford to replace the blown door and it looks dreadful as it is in my conservatory.
