He tells me that he got it dropped and this conflicted with what he originally told me that it was not filed. He went round and round telling me this was an agreement with a fee schedule which I never received and he says call back and ask Felicia for it and now no answer to calls or emails. My husband was pulled over for "running a red light" on a Wednesday night by IMO, another overzealous, quota- hungry deputy. His record was run though the database which turned out to have a vop from over a decade ago that was not supposed to be on his record at all, so in short he was put in handcuffs and taken to jail. It was later in the evening and didn't know who to call or what was going on with him since no updates were available. Early, the next morning, when still no bond or first appearance happened, I found Mr Leroy on AVVO and cross referenced him with yelp and immediately called him. He took my husbands info, which was not easy to find in the court system being so old, mind you. And started working right away to help free him. He filed an emergency motion that same day, worked his magic, and by Friday morning his case was closed and he was free to go. People, I am telling you. I think if you read other reviews that are not positive it is because the outcome probably was not what they client wanted to hear. Unfortunately there are instances of injustices that happen. It is not usually the fault of counsel but of the system. I know that I will continue to refer anyone seeking an attorney to this law office.
