They carry a ton of different merchandise made in Scotland. You can find everything from clothes to food and everything in between. Unfortunately, we only had about 30 minutes to explore the store. It was not enough time to find great deals. The products we were interested in were priced higher than other stores we had visited that day. We ended up purchasing nothing. There were staff present, but no one assisted us. If someone had, then we probably would have bought some goods. Although, we were unsuccessful in finding good deals, you may be lucky. There is a variety of types of clothing and styles, but sometimes I have to admit that they style does not always fit with the present fashion, and sometimes I find it hard to go in there and find some nice clothing. Granted there are some really lovely clothing but some of it is a little bit outdated. Prices are not really competitive, as they are around the same prices as m&s and next, but not necessary the same quality. Of course you can go in here and get some cheap clothing, but I do find for the larger lady it is a bit of a struggle especially as most of the clothing for larger ladies are not very stylish. Overall though the whole selection of the shop is positive, and around christmas time the selection of christmas stock is outstanding, and will take your breath away, some really unique items. After entering the shop, i'd felt totally at ease, the staff were by no means pushy they just advised me that if I needed any help then just to ask them, they gave me space to look without feeling suffocated. I'm very self conscious but had to get measured as i HAD to have these undies. The lady who measured me was so professional, and was obviously trained, i've been to other places which have put me off getting measured as they were rough and obviously not trained, and very judgemental of size. this lady however, got on with her job, chatted away and made me feel at ease, so much so, that I didn't mind her being there while I changed. The shop is very spacious and well laid out, it's easily accessed as it's on the level and is right in the heart of the main high street of Dingwall. They have beautiful items which would suit all tastes from the young glamour puss to the more mature sophisticated kitten. They have bargain rails displayed which shows last seasons stock, most of it reduced dramatically. There is no limits to size, and the staff are willing to order anything in. They have a wide selection of clothes from dresses, skirts, trousers, suits and so on. Very pleasant shop to shop in.
