Brittany Boswell promised to help him get better with all his injures yet he's still in pain. I do not recommend this place or to be massage by Brittany Boswell. PRA saves lives…read more After a knee surgery (patellar tendon, ACL, MCL, and lateral meniscus repair) I worked with Demian. He puts care into his practice and doesn't just push your knee to gain flexion. At PRA they add in balance, core, micro-current, and exercises to gain strength on top of flexion. It was a long road, but with Demian's help and the alter G, I was able to run with with ease at 50% body weight at 6 months post op. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer later that year, I began receiving acupuncture from Luke during chemo. I firmly believe this helped calm my nervous system during chemo. Insurance didn't cover this, but they work with you to make it work financially, which was a great relief. After my bilateral mastectomy, I began PT with Erin. The unique care that Erin puts in is amazing! She will make you feel comfortable and help you gain range of motion. She has also helped me understand the tissue expanders placement and give me reassurance with each new pang. This practice has been my constant during a crazy time in my life and they have done so much more than make sure my body was physically okay. I recommend them to anyone looking to better your physical health whether you have an injury or just need maintenance.

Y'all... I honestly can't say enough great things about Dr. Laura Watterson and her team at…read moreCharlotte Sports Performance & Rehab. I've seen Dr. Watterson for everything from a torn plantar fascia to insomnia, and everything in between. Dr. Watterson is a certified acupuncturist, chiropractor, yoga instructor, and (I think) physical therapist and has helped me train for several marathons, overcome multiple injuries, and address some insomnia/anxiety issues I've had over the past year. Whether you need acupuncture, dry needling, cupping, an adjustment, pointers on your running form, or advice on nutrition and core stability give Charlotte Sports Performance and Rehab a try! Dr. Watterson is so fabulous that she treats everyone from amateurs like me to Panthers players (I can't say who, but you'll figure it out if you visit her office) and other professional athletes. In addition to being a stellar doctor, Laura (and her whole team) is a genuinely kind person who will do her best to help you train through an injury and be in top shape to achieve whatever it is you hope to achieve!

I first met Laura a few years ago with a difficult condition. I suffered a whiplash type injury…read morethat left me with severe dizziness. Suddenly and without warning, multiple time's a week I would get dizzy, be unable to stand, and my eyes would involuntarily move side to side with a condition called nystagmus. For years I went to multiple specialists including ENT and neurologists without any success. Then I met Laura and my luck completely changed. I had an initial assessment where she reviewed my condition. She immediately could describe the underlying causes and the treatment. I had one treatment and I couldn't believe it but I was cured. My neck muscles released, I gained mobility and my symptoms were gone. It has been years and I have never had any symptoms of dizziness. I have continued to get treatments for other conditions/injuries I have sustained since I met her. I even signed up for online yoga with her. I was very challenging and she was able to describe the postures and make small adjustments to my practice. She is an amazing doctor. For anyone with any dizziness or whiplash injuries I would highly recommend her. I'm glad I met Laura. And you will be too!

Friendly staff, and great service!…read more I have seen Caroline regularly for the past month and she is super friendly, kind and make sure I always feel comfortable. Her space has music to help you chill out too. I tried dry needling for the first time and it wasn't nearly as scary as I thought! It's more like a dull, deep ache. The office is also a pick up location for 212 meals, so order and grab them if the space is convenient for you!

Have I never done a review of CSC?!? *hangs head in shame*…read more I've been going to Josh since about 2012-ish. I had (key word is HAD) back pain in my lower back for years. YEARS. I was prone to throwing out my back at least every other month back in the day. Friend of mine (who has run a handful of marathons including the Boston Marathon) suggested going to CSC and going to Josh. The first meeting with josh he said and I quote "My job is to rehab you, equip you with home exercises to do on your own and to get you to heal and not have to see me so much." I was hooked and knew that he didn't want to just take my money and just "adjust" me for the sake of adjusting me (if that makes sense) He worked on me and my lower back pain went away. Fast fwd to now and I come to josh when I have a nagging pain that just won't go away. He's thorough, asks tons of questions and super nice and easy to talk to. He has two locations and the one I go to is in South Park across from All American Burger. Staff is nice and friendly too! Love CSC
