Dr David done some grinding and adjusting on the dental plate with no success. He then suggested sending it to his lab for some additional modifications while informing me that no partial dental plates actually fit well. Well his lab returned the dental plate saying there was nothing that could be done. Now I have went 4 months with no front teeth while being told I can not get a partial dental plate that fits my mouth even though my original dental plate which I had for 50+years fit fine. Oh the reason I needed a new dental plate was because my original Dentist DESTROYED mine while attempting to make a new one. I have lived 4 months with embarrassment, stress, and anxiety leaving my house because I have no front teeth and being told I will never get another partial dental plate that will fit my mouth. So what is the point in going to a dentist for a partial dental plate if they can not make one that fits and comfortable to wear? After all this stress, anxiety, emotional distress and humiliation it's time to look at other avenues. So if you need a partial dental plate DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY!

The dentist was friendly and also provided good insight into the health of my teeth (he is a man of few words though). AND my teeth stayed clean and felt clean/plaque free for ONE MONTH after my cleaning! I always have crazy plaque buildup, and usually it comes back in a few days. But with the new brushing technique they taught me, and with their thorough cleaning, my teeth felt amazing for one full month after the cleaning. Highly recommend.

They were sending me these messages while at work, and told me the dentist was on board. The manager has lied repeatedly, and only real job is to bring money in. Which she spoke about frequently. I do not appreciate the wrongs, mistreatment, and unprofessionalism. I honestly can't believe medical professionals would attack somebody's health.

Because my child is low income they are willingly medically neglecting her. No where else will accept her insurance, especially with no notice. Extremely unprofessional and has no regards or care for the overall well-being of their patients. My daughter is 6. Their money is worth more than her well-being and it is sick. Find somewhere with better integrity and someone who cares about your child and not just money. UPDATE TO REBUTTAL, I got the letter today, so no. They can see all five of my kids at the same time and basically get us through in what typically takes me one visit with two kids at our old place. I have two "fancy" kids, one who has Down Syndrome and one who is medically complicated and let me tell you, Dr. W and staff are so good with them. He's willing to answer ALL my insane questions as I'm "that mom" who has to know every little detail about every little thing. So patient and so kind. My daughter with DS originally was a bit timid and sometimes struggled to want to be there or to allow dentists to look at her teeth... she has had zero trouble adjusting to EP&TD, and she loves "doctor dubs" (to the point this week she invented a tooth ache so she could go see him lol, she just keeps forgetting which tooth she told me hurt lol).. We just got home from my medically complicated child having 4 teeth extracted and we felt so well cared for and supported through the whole process. We've been at this clinic for two years now. He explained the procedure to me and what would happen. Allowed me to hold him during the whole procedure and was done very quickly and you could see immediate results with very little bleeding. They are awesome with my 3 year old and never pushy. They work off how he is feeling that day and how much he will allow them to do. But as soon as we walked in the door we could feel the warmth and kindness of dental staff! From the moment Carlee and Mia got in the dentist chair for the overall clean & checkup to the check out of our visit, I felt safe and cared for by a very loving staff!
