The people who answer your calls can't answer any questions and the contacts that they send me won't return my calls.This is the second attempt I have made at getting braces through your company. The first time was a mess but I hoped a second chance would allow you to redeem yourself. This delayed treatment for my child for almost 2 months. Really really unacceptable. read more

Please do not go with this company. I have ordered braces for my son twice and both times it has taken weeks of calling the office to get information about braces. I know it has takes 2-3 weeks for delivery -- This is relatively normal manufacturing turn around, but 8-12 weeks is excessive when kids grow quickly. The staff who cast and measure are extremely helpful. Other than that, I have very little positive to say. After calling 5 different times over 2 week period, I was told there was no record of any contact with me. I will be ordering through a different company.
