This review is based on the front office staff only. I never got to see the doctor. Extremely poor communication. Upon my arrival I was told they didn't have my referral. I tried to explain that they've had it for a week and even called my primary doctor's office yesterday to verify it. After waiting another 20 minutes I went to ask and was told they were taking care of another patients referral first. This is now 30 minutes after my arrival. I told them to cancel my appointment. While driving home I got a call from them saying they had found my referral, and did I want to return. THANKS, BUT NO THANKS! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Maybe The doctors are wonderful, but the staff does not compliment them. read more

Although Dr. Pino seems to be a competent physician, his office staff reflects extremely poorly on him. After injuring my ankle on October 22, he ordered an MRI to determine whether surgery or another treatment was needed. The MRI was completed on October 24, and the Imaging Center faxed the results on October 26. Despite this, every time I called the office (Oct 27, Nov 11, Nov 17, and Nov 26), I was repeatedly told they had not received the results. The Imaging Center provided written confirmation that the fax was received. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was interrupted, transferred to a dead line, and treated with little empathy or responsibility. After a month without follow-up, my ankle remains swollen and painful, and I have been unable to work. I have filed complaints with my insurance, CMS, and state authorities. The doctor may be good, but the office staff is unprofessional and is preventing patients from receiving appropriate care. read more

I went into this office for a post MRI exam and my god, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any doctors office. To start, they didn't want to schedule me a follow up until they have reviewed my MRI results. I was unable to do Physical Therapy until my diagnosis so needless to say I was in a bit more pain than normal. I brought my MRI CD with me and gave it to the front desk. I was brought into a room in the back. I could hear the doctors/nurse talking about my reason for being there and could hear (soon to find out this was Cesar) this man saying "...his MRI was 2 weeks ago, well why'd he wait so long...". A woman came in and basic questions like the reason for my visit and my pain level. She also asked about the MRI and I told her I brought the CD but the office should have the result already because Radiology office sent them over. Then back to waiting. About 10 mins later a different woman came in and was asking about my MRI. I again told her I brought the CD in but I'm confused because the whole point of me not being able to make an appointment was so that they had time to review the results. This doesn't make any sense and I told them this is extremely unprofessional. I've been waiting now an hour 15 past my appointment time. The man I heard earlier came into the room extremely aggressive and told me not to talk to her that way. Like he took the "unprofessional" comment personally. I did not talk to her rudely at all, just stated that this whole situation was incredibly unprofessional. The man (Cesar) was being extremely rude to me which escalated the situation. He even said to me, that if I'm going to "be like that" I can leave. Again, I was just explaining what had happened and how this whole situation was unprofessional. I sat for a min or 2 and decided I don't want a doctor who talks to his patients this way, to do anything to me. So I got up and said "can I get my MRI CD, I'm going somewhere else." And again explaining how this whole thing has been EXTREMELY unprofessional. Then Cesar got even more aggressive with me. I was trying to simply explain to him about how I'm in pain and haven't been able to do my PT and the results should have been reviewed beforehand like they initially said. He was interrupting me. I said "this is ridiculous have some empathy, you don't have to be such an asshole". He then said "FUCK YOU" to me. Are you kidding me? What kind of doctor says that to a patient regardless of the situation. In the middle of the office. My mind is blown how this "doctor" thinks that is okay. This man does not care about people. Do not trust this aggressive, manipulative person. AVOID AT ALL COST! read more

Hi, I hate to break some bad news to you all. When we arrived fifteen minutes late due to jammed traffic at this office in Doral, the visit wasn't pleasant. Everything turned out to be more devastating, upsetting, and shocking to see Dr. Alejandro Pinos' true colors, which weren't what I thought based on other outstanding reviews. It seems too good to be true, but not at all, given his unprofessional and inexcusable attitude, telling us not to come back here again! I came here for a second opinion and to get my fused ankle checked, which I'm still in tremendous pain from non-stop, but I didn't even get treatment in the end. He sent me to see a pain management specialist for my nerves (CRPS) to get it resolved right away, and then in one or two years, I'll get my fused ankle redone. I don't know anymore if I can trust this doctor after how he behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner and didn't even know how to treat people like humans! read more

I am a patient of Dr. Yohandy Fuentes, DPM and have so far only positive things to say about him. To be frank, I normally wait and visit a doctor, or business a few times, before I even consider writing any reviews about it, or them. He is a very friendly doctor, with great bedside manners. When I met him for the very first time, there was some wait time, but his personality, knowledge and time spent with me made up for it. In his case he is taking time with the patient, asks questions, examines you well, gives you feedback and encourages one to ask any questions, without rushing to the next patient. Unlike, in some other "factory style medical offices," where one is just a number and you have to wait for a very long time in the waiting room, just to see the doctor for a few minutes. Over the course of three visits so far, he made sure in office X-rays where taken, he used ultrasound on me, checked my MRIs, gave me injections, did therapeutic suggestions and used kinesiology taping. He suggested a secondary opinion, by Dr. A. Pino an orthopedic surgeon, whom is also a teacher and knows him well. He himself spoke highly about Dr. Fuentes, when I saw him for my consult. Dr. Fuentes is a great doctor for your minimal invasive surgical needs, besides other frequent podiatrist related issues. Dr. Fuentes performs surgeries at a nearby surgical center in Kendall and at Mercy hospital. read more

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. The staff was extremely nice so that one star is for them, especially Allen who took my x-rays. However, Dr. Ceballos WAS NOT and DOES NOT deserve a single star even if he is this "renowned" doctor. WRONG CHOICE. He definitely does not have any bed side manners. I understand that right now we have a pandemic going on, however I had politely asked the assistant if my sister could come in when the doctor spoke to me and she politely explained she couldn't, so I then asked if I could at least FaceTime and she told me "of course, that there was nothing wrong with that." Apparently there was. When the doc came in I had mentioned if I could FaceTime her because that is what the assistant said was ok, but he immediately went into defensive mode and said no and that I cannot use my phone at all. So that took me back a bit since I wasn't expecting that response in that tone.I nervously rambled on to explain how she was sitting outside in the waiting room and ATTEMPTED to explain why I even brought it up because I thought it was ok and that she's an NP. STRIKE TWO! He immediately took offense to that as if I was trying to tell him she knew more than him or something, which was NOT my intention. He respond saying, "well I'm an ortho specialist" and that he basically knows more than her. Well, yes that is why I am there in the first place, because that's his area of expertise. Well he rudely said how I'm an adult. Yes, I am an adult and CAN do this on my own, but because my sister understands more of the medical jargon she can interpret his plan of action better and if I have any questions later on, she can explain them to me. That encounter was longer than the actual reason why I was there. He asked what was wrong, but immediately cut me off saying, "I already know what's wrong with your knees from your X-rays, but I just want to hear from you." Well thank you for immediately dismissing me,its not like I wasn't uncomfortable already. I tried to then explain how I got injured and why I was there, but I couldn't even get out a full sentence without him cutting in and basically telling me that I was "born this way" and this is "common in women." I didn't have a chance to say how much pain I was in when I first got injured and how long it had been SINCE my original injury. And that I am still in pain constantly. He was basically just telling me how I felt and how I was supposed to feel, not actually taking the time to listen. He had me lay down and he assessed my knees slightly, bending them or what not. But that was the most he asked about my pain. Then as he was walking out of the room I ATTEMPTED to explain to him how I wasn't like this before and how my hip hurts. And he once again crassly said to me "I can't asses your hip right now" and how basically the focus is on my knee and how my hip is a separate issue. Well, you can at least sit down and explain to me what might be going on instead of dismissing me ONCE AGAIN AS you walked out of the room. All he recommended was physical therapy and that I have to forever "live with this" pain. If he would have taken a single second to even listen to my concerns I could have shown him what exactly made me worry and how my knee twists inward. But when I tried explaining that, as he was out the door, he said "to YOU it might look that way." Shouldn't a doctor, whom you are PAYING to visit, at least take the time to sit and go over your concerns, even if they seem small and insignificant or if they "know exactly what's wrong with from the X-rays"? Maybe he is right about the diagnosis, but address my concerns and EXPLAIN why. I'm allowed to understand what's wrong. It might take me a bit, but be a compassionate doctor and actually LISTEN. Another thing, if COVID is such a big deal for them why did they pack my room with people. It was him and two other people (who I wasn't introduced to) so 4 people in total in a tiny room, but it was a big deal to even ask for my sister to be there and he had to SHAME me and say "you're an adult." You may be this hot shot doctor, but if you can't treat me like a decent human being or take a single second to have a real talk about my concerns you don't get any recognition or applaud from me. read more

What an amazing experience in this day and age at a doctors office! I waited for 10 minutes to see the doctor and that included getting x-rays. The entire staff was helpful and caring. The office was immaculate and everything was new and state of the art. Doctor was knowledgeable and actually helped me after 3 other doctors did nothing! I recommend them highly! read more

Pretty bad service. I got in a car accident and needed physical therapy, the therapist told me it was not necessary for me to go anymore after 15 minutes of therapy. I needed a doctor's note for work for the time I was feeling dizzy and they did not give me any note. They told me I'd see the doctor and they never called me back after hours later.The staff lacked knowledge. Terrible experience. read more
