The best is to order one of their complete dinners where it provides variety and selection. The plate I ordered had Salmon, Mackarel, tuna and two un-identified different varieties of white fish. Fish was fresh, texture decent. Cuts were a bit small but not horrible. Just not amazing. Texture and flavour was decent for being nowhere near an ocean. Price of all Asian food is very expensive in France. Okinawa was no exception. Overall I'd declare this place decent but don't come in with huge expectations. One downside to sitting on the patio is the delivery scooters take off every once in a while and you get a big smoke of exhaust fumes shot at you as you are on the patio (terrace). Rien à voir donc avec un monstre fumant, mais la surprise n'en est pas moindre. On découvre des saveurs qui n'en finissent pas d'étonner. Et comme la salle est petite, on peut même emporter des plats tout chauds chez soi.
