The price was a humble 16,90 € which is okay considering you can stay all evening. First thing to mention is they have huge selection of sushi flavors and types and different meals, more than I've seen at other running sushi restaurants. They had fried noodles, ribs, duck, and seafood such as oysters and shrimp. The quality of all the meals were very good! I tried almost one of everything and I was actually surprised of how good it all was. There is a complimentary miso soup as well but you've gotta ask for it to get it. Kyoto had a large amount of desert options, including watermelon, pineapple, fruit cocktail, chocolate and vanilla pudding, lychees, fried banana, chocolate coated banana slices and other items as well. The waiting staff was friendly and kind, didn't give off any mean vibes. Bathrooms were good and clean. The whole restaurant was clean. I especially liked how most meals were covered with a plastic cover on the running sushi to protect them against insects and "splash" sneezing or coughing. There is no accessible parking though from what I could tell! So I suggest coming with public transport. I am very surprised at this place! They have a happy hour deal starting at 6pm-8pm for a special menue either sushi or Vietnamese and some long drings are also offered during the happy hour. I ordered a Caipirinha and the drink was fantastic. Not that watered down shit I had at many places during happy hour. The drink was well made and contained the right amount of alcohol. For appetizers I ordered Fall rolls with veggies and beef wrapped in what appeared as plastic but was actually made of rice, with two different sauces to dip the roll in. Fantastic stuff, the rolls were big and the dip was very tasty. The veggies appeared fresh and the whole thing tasted really good. The dish was served cold which surprised me because I expected a warm appetizer just like a regular Spring roll. I forgot what I had for main dish but it was duck with lots of veggies and mushrooms and a small bowl of rice. The food was not over spiced and the veggies were not over done and soggy. It was truly prepared according to my own taste and it tasted really good. To finish up the meal I had another of those great Caipirinhas and we left the place with a full but happy stomach. After the last bad dinner experience at Vapiano this was a way better dining experience and definately worth a try.

It did take a while for someone to bring us a menu, but we were able to order within about 15 minutes of being there. They had plenty of variety. My son ordered the Pho, I ordered the Pan Noodles with beef and Karaage. The chicken Karaage was nice and crisp and juicy. The sauce paired well. My son loved his Pho, we just picked up the veggies.
