Also try the chocolate nems with a coconut cream (around 6.5€) for dessert :) Only downside: the restaurant was super empty each time we went there... But I think it's more animated at lunch time :)

It's straightforward, fish with a couple other ingredients. No cool, possibly inauthentic, flavored sauces like I've gotten used to back home. But their condiments definitely hold a surprise. The soy sauce container is just the COOLEST. Makes the tear open containers just seem low class. And the big surprise is the wasabi. Now this is France. A bottle of Tabasco here is considered a lifetime allotment but the wasabi here will knock you on your butt. I'd love to see an unexpecting Frenchie eat a big ol' dollop o' that!! Makes me smile just thinking of it. So if you're outside of Paris come by, pick up a little sushi to share in the park. Or even better, grab a corner booth, out of view of the take-out crowd and flirt with your someone special in this beautiful little restaurant.

Bonus: You pay the quality under 15EUR each evening (and 10EUR each noon). There's a very good meal: eat all you can. Try to avoid to eat too much rice 'cause it's stodgy. My favourite meals were beef & cheese yakitori and sashimi. So, I recommend this restaurant.

Great japanese restaurant, the best in this area so far. It's always crowded so if you don't want to wait, be there before 12.15pm (during week days), you can't book any table. Concerning the waiters, they are unfortunately not pleasant at all, they hurry up getting rid of you. I don't go there for their kindness, their attention, ... only for their food (that's why they don't get a 5-star ratting from me). Sometimes it's ok, particularly when it's for your lunch time during the week...

My husband ordered the chirashi bowl, my 6 year old ordered the combo with a salmon/avocado roll and ebi fry while I ordered the sashimi bowl with salmon, tuna and, I believe, sea bream. Our food came with miso soup and a crunchy pickled salad made from a vegetable I can't quite put my finger on (maybe parsnip?) and those were wonderfully tasty. The sushi rice had the right amount of vinegar and sugar, the ebi fry was crunchy with tender, juicy shrimp, the amount and flavors of the salad and soup were the perfect amuse-bouche. The restaurant itself is cute with a unique ambiance, the owner is friendly and service was great. Recommend 10/10.
