Randy is a great divorce attorney that will get you the most for your buck in a divorce in a contested situation. He will squeeze the lemon until he has left just with the seeds believe me I know. However, nevertheless, after terminating my own divorce attorney for overcharging and misleading information back to I terminated my attorney and communicated with Randy quite well within a month after a year long of dragging feet on my end through my attorney Randy and I kept the line of communication open. We the case within one month of termination of my attorney. Randy went above and beyond even after the divorce, since I was represented by myself pro se and made sure that the real estate transaction that RV all marital assets were divided the way they be. no means was obligated to do that on my behalf or to further that courtesy to my ex-wife as well. Not transparent in billing, doesn't feel like he's in your corner. Office is disorganized, took 4 days to return calls and would not respond directly to email, instead created a new email erasing the conversation. I just wish I had a different attorney for my divorce case. If I could advise anyone, continue to shop around. Felt like he wasn't transparent, more along the lines of sneaky with holding information like billing, even my options for resolving marital issues amicably. You want someone who is going to fight for you. Divorce is stressful enough, nobody wants to question their attorney's motives too.
