However, when I got there, the cashier informed me that she couldn't scan the QR code and told me I needed to go to a main UPS Store instead. This was very frustrating and felt pointless, especially since Staples is promoted as a valid drop-off point for this service. If the location cannot process mobile return codes, that should be made clear beforehand to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.

Not only was he really knowledgeable and all of the options, but he was very personable, and made extra suggestions on how to handle my package with care.
