He answered questions patiently and was never patronizing. Lynn, his assistant always returned calls promptly and answered any questions I had. She has since left, but my brief interaction with his new assistant does not lead me to believe she'll be any different. I have only two complaints about this office. First, when I called for my initial appointment and ask for an appointment as soon as possible, they got me an appointment with Dr. Meyer. The problem was, he was a hand doctor and not a knee doctor. I was just getting an assessment at the time and when I decided to do my surgery, I had to do a new assessment with Dr. Weiss. So basically, the money I paid for my first appt would have been just as well served being flushed down the toilet. Even though I asked for an appointment as soon as possible, I would have been willing to wait a week or two if I had known knees was not Dr. Meyer's expertise and that Dr. Weiss would have ended up being my surgeon anyway. My other complaint is that the fee for the surgery covers the surgery itself and follow-up visits. What they neglected to tell me was that the follow-ups were covered only up to 6 months. When Dr. Weiss asked to see me "in three months", the appointment ended up 1 week after the 6 month time frame. So I had to pay for it (insert flushing noise here). Overall, I was very happy with Dr. Weiss and the work he did on my knee. I'm slightly perturbed at spending more than I needed to in this office, but now I know what questions to ask. The office is a little dated, but that doesn't change the type off services offered. He also does house calls, so if you're not able to stop into the clinic, you can call and schedule a house visit! I would highly recommend Dr. Yer !

I think they have been doing just great and would rather go there than a huge soul- less clinic. One nice thing is they have lab, X-ray department right there. Results are immediate. You don't have to go to another department. The nurse line is wonderful - always available if you have a question. Unfortunately our Doctor is retiring but we will continue going to Entira Woodbury.

Technically, I will never go here again. I'm just sad I have to owe them for the rest of my life for a simple doctor's visit. Entira, this scam you're pulling with the medical billing codes has you lost 2-3 potential long-term clients (I was sending my foster son here too), who plan to stay in the area for a long time and are incredibly active and vocal in the community.
