We saw this truck in the University District and thought we would give it a try. First off, the employees were nice and helpful, which made for a pleasant experience. We ended up ordering a meat lover's personal pizza, and a slice of pepperoni on the side. Both were well made, and they used quality ingredients. Overall, the quality of the pizza was good, but a bit pricey. However, we would order from them again. read more

The food truck was at Urban Family Brewing in Ballard and it was excellent. Pizza has a very thin crust. Sauce and toppings taste great, and also loved the cheese bread. They gave a pager to alert when the order was ready and it wasn't a long wait at all. They do slices an full pizzas. read more

It's a pretty good thin crust nice toppings, good cheese has has no hang, which is a good thing and a nice crispy. Bottom pizza comes out as warm as you like. It's pretty good. read more

Vegetarians! Make sure to get separate plates if you order a meat slice with your veggie slice. I ordered a veggie and a pepperoni (for my hubby watching the soccer match), she put the pepperoni on top of the veggie on the same plate. I said that was not a great idea and she shrugged it off and said this shouldn't be a big deal. I asked her for a new slice of veggie and I got a cold piece with two pieces of vegetables on the slice. I pre-tipped 20% which I totally regret doing with this incredibly rude employee. We grabbed a pizza at their food truck which was parked at a local brewery. We got a full pizza, split between their Spicy Goat (mushrooms, jalapeños and goat cheese) and their Tri Color Potato (garlic base, green onion, roasted red pepper, and potatoes). Both were excellent, and we managed to finish off almost the entire pizza between us. Service was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. It took about 20 mins, so we went in and had a beer before coming out to retrieve the pizza. read more

Oskar's Pizza iscontracted with my job so we see them a couple times a week and it's a good break from the regular food offered at work. Solid pizza but pricey $5-$6 per slice I guess we are paying for the convenience. read more

I was at their truck 10/18/2025 at Post Doc Brewing. I asked for a Meat Lover's Pizza slice, which was on the menu on the side of the the truck. The woman said they don't have Meat Lover's slices. I pointed to the side of the truck, but she repeated that I could not get a Meat Lover's slice. If they are advertising that type of pizza available as a slice, on the truck where they are selling, they should sell it, or else remove (or cover up, if temporary) that from the list of available options. Behind that, good restaurant service would have apologized for not having what was on the menu, but that was not the case. I was just flatly dismissed. Maybe it was because English was not the person's native language. In any case, I left without making a purchase. read more

Got to try this food truck at an event in Bothell, it was great! Love the thin crust style and I was worried it might be soggy coming from a food truck but it wasn't! Tried pepperoni and Hawaiian. I haven't written a review in a while. Look, with COVID19 and everything else going on, it's hard to get out and enjoy some good food. Anyway, Oskar's came to a neighborhood about a 1.5 from me where they had parked their food truck... we biked there and I pre-ordered a Hawaiian and spicy combo pizza before getting there. Didn't realize how big it was and maybe we should have ordered by the slice, but leftovers are great! First of all, they had our pizzas warm and ready which I so appreciated. Secondly, the pizzas were friggin SCRUMPTIOUS! Oh my gosh... the dough/crust was perfect. I don't like doughy, thick crusts... these were perfect. They were cooked to perfection. One of the few amazing pizza food trucks in the Seattle area. They make thin crust, New York style pizzas and give large slices. You can buy by the slice or whole pizza and serve them hot! I came by as a part of my Eastlake Escapade (see Other section for description of what this is). Food My first time here so I wanted to try just the basic cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza slice. The thing that stood out the most for me with Oskars pizza slice is how good the crust is. I LOVE thin crust pizza and is probably some of the best thin crust I've had around Seattle. The bread is tasty and crunchy and hot! I wish that there was more cheese and toppings though. If there was then I'd give this place 5 stars. Pizza is served by the slice or whole pizza. Slices are made and heated up before they give it to you so it's nice and hot. Atmosphere Food truck in Eastlake on a nice sunny day is a great way to enjoy the sun. The truck rotates where it is everyday so be sure to check their schedule (posted weekly on their Facebook or Instagram from what I saw). Pricing Standard pricing for pizza in the Seattle area. I would come here again for my lunch breaks if the truck stops by again. Service  Fast service. I had my pizza and was walking away within a minute of ordering. I can't believe I never reviewed this place. So I have yet to eat at the actually restaurant but their food truck has made its rounds and we are good friends. First off, their pizza is fire! I love the price, I love the taste, I love that it isn't burnt, and I love the size of the slices. We are talking quality foldable NY style pizza here folks. Last time I ordered a slice was under 4 bucks. Any other place I go to approaches $6 easy. I first had a slice of the special on a lunchtime while visiting the Seattle VA . The crust was incredible and the pizza so tasty . I don't recall what was on it exactly. After finishing the slice I had room for one more slice. The pepperoni ! It was delicious and the pepperoni was uniquely tasty! Service is fantastic! Tried the spicy combo from Oskars for the first time tonight. They popped up at Cairn Brewing Company in Kenmore and boy am I glad we did. Nice thin NY style pizza. Crispy thin crust, perfect balance of toppings and tomato sauce, nice bits of chunky sausage, pepperoni, jalapeños, mushrooms and grilled red onions....Delicious! We called in our order and 25 mins later it was ready to go. Hope we have a chance to see them in the north end again soon! read more

I caught up with these guys at the Broadview Taphouse last night. They have a cool setup in the truck...below the counter they have a half dozen or so pizzas ready to go in a display case so you can choose a slice. The toppings/ingredients are great and everything is balanced well. Not overly greasy or "saucy" for a thin crust pizza. The credit card transaction is also super fast and easy. read more

I felt like I was in a bad dream where the person to whom I'd just handed a fistful of money gave me a completely different pizza from the one I ordered. I'm a vegetarian, but the pizza I was handed was pepperoni and sausage, and the people working at the truck tried to convince me I'd accidentally ordered a meat pizza. After waiting for over an hour my pizza was finally ready, and I was met with condescending remarks from the girl in the food truck. After explaining my frustration with how long it took to cook a single pizza and that their buzzer never went off, she rolled her eyes, laughing at me, claiming they were about to throw my pizza away had I not shown up when I did. Now having eaten some of this pizza, I wish I had not. The center is completely undercooked and the whole thing is absolutely drenched in oil. There is hardly any sauce, and the crust is flavorless. Perfect crust- not too doughy and not too crunchy like extra thin crust. The sauce tasted homemade- nice and thick and great tomato flavor. I like Hawaiian pizza, my husband doesn't. Oskar's Hawaiian pizza had finely sliced ham and the pineapple tasted fresh, not canned. After one bite my husband was a convert and we bought some to go (Thanks, Oskar!). We had Oskar's Pizza at a food truck at Ounces Brewery in Delridge. We moved here six years ago. We are thinking this may be the best pizza we have found in Seattle. The pizza we had in Pittsburgh was always very good, so we are picky. The crust on this pizza was not thick and not thin and was good and chewy. This review is for Oskar's food truck. I didn't even think there was a pizza in the box it was so light weight for 18" Hawaiian! It definitely didn't smell fresh upon opening it and had a "funky" smell. Pineapples tasted off, crust was let's just say... "different" The sauce and ham was ok...
