I had no idea if there was anyone else that would do this. I called 5 places. No one did this type of service. I was a mess. So I tried this one. The woman on the phone was super sweet and so helpful and courteous and said they would be able to do this for me. She got the pricing and gave me everything right up front. I was in. The pricing was fine for me. It's the 'need' I had that was being taken care of by them. All my information was received and as she was going through her process, she explained to me all things I needed to know. When all was setup and completed, she took my card and I added a tip because these people are doing me a great service. How relieved I was to find someone of this caliper willing to do this for me ... and setup an account so that I can continue to use their services. I was flabbergasted at that. Thank you so so much for helping me with a difficult issue and making me feel so much more at ease on this Friday. I am grateful.

Even though I did mention to the salesperson that the new microwave would be replacing a 35-year old outside-vent unit, he thought it should be no problem. Of course, that wasn't the case and 2 weeks later we ended up calling Bald Eagle to do the installation. As promised, they called us the day before our appointment to remind us of their scheduled arrival time. They showed up on time and tackled the job without hesitation. Even though this job was not your typical cabinet mount microwave installation, as it required some vent alignment adjustments and cabinet modification, they were in and out in less than an hour. Not only that, they cleaned up their mess before they left! Who does that anymore?! Also, their price was very reasonable.
