From the day our baby was born he only wanted to look to his right. He would prefer to stare at a blank wall on his right than turn his head to the left to look at us! I was told that he would begin to hold his head normally over time but at six months old, he was still exactly the same. One of my friends suggested trying osteopathy to help correct the problem. I thought we'd give it a try as time hadn't helped so we came to the Osteopathy Centre for Family and Children. After the second session we really began to notice an improvement in our baby's head strength and movement. After four sessions he had so much more mobility in his head that nobody would notice that he had had a problem before. I would highly recommend Marc Deora and his Centre to all parents! read more

My only gripe is the telephone booking system - if you need an appointment that day then you need to be on the phone at 8am sharp (not a second before or you'll get the answerphone) to stand a decent chance of getting an appointment.

If you want the reassurance of a birth with proffessionals and equipment to hand, within a 'just like home' environement, then this is the place for you. Private rooms have birthing pools/ balls/ armchairs etc to make your birth as relaxed as possible. After the birth, the rooms have double beds for partners to stay and really are like a bedroom at home. The staff are fantastic and will give you as much/ little support as you want. i cannot rate this hospital enough.only wish there was a super positive extra star to give it in the ratings on Qype!

The midwives and staff were so knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive throughout my entire labor and delivery. They took such good care of us during our stay after the delivery also, and they were so helpful at getting the baby started breast feeding. They really know how to take care of moms and babies there!
