Some years ago my husband urgently needed stitches on his head on a Sunday night, Doctor Vincent stitched his head injury up beautifully on the spot with no drama, and the nurse was great too. Ever since we have been grateful to Dr Vincent Frank. I took him there because once at a hopspital when my son needed stitches; we waited so long the injury could not be stitched, as his skin shrank away because he had to wait in emergency so long. We haven't had a single bad experience there ever, we have found all staff very respectful. Our son still drives from Doncaster to attend Brice Ave Superclinic.

The rooms were very large, with all the equipment in the room; it means they don't need to leave the room for the baby's injections/baths etc. The room also contained a flat screen television and one of those big cushy reclining chairs. The nurses/midwives at Cabrini were extremely friendly and helpful. After the birth, my sister was required to stay for 5days. Her husband was able to stay with her the whole time, as they had a double bed. She quotes it was like being on holiday, with constant room service. She was able to order a prawn cocktail and fresh oysters (the plate came with 6!) and other yummy items. The Cabrini cafeteria is really something to talk about, I have never seen so much good (real) food in a hospital before! They also had a sweet section that sold good quality cakes and treats. If you do get sick of the food, don't worry-Cabrini is right next to Glenferrie Rd, where a plethora of restaurants/cafes reside. The hospital also has an enjoyable outdoor/park type area to relax in. The gift shop is also worth mentioning, although it was very small, the stock they had was of good quality and variety. Definitely an inviting hospital, will probably give birth here too when it comes to being my time.

It was a very positive experience, an excellent start to a life of regular dental check ups. I am a nervous patient myself and after years of awful experiences at various dentists here in Australia and also in the UK - I found Mary to be informative, calm and very gentle - she gives you rest breaks even in the examination. And best of all she's not expensive. I have found my dentist for sure.

Part of this was a shoulder injury and horribly strained neck that made it difficult to do normal things like, oh, I dunno, breathe. Ned at Moreland Road was great. He quickly pinpointed the problem and started work on some massage that was gentle but really targeted and effective - I felt the pain lifting almost immediately. Three things I like about Ned's treatments: 1. He really helps you understand the cause of the pain, what muscles etc are being affected, and the worst- and best-case scenario for recovery. I'm more likely to do follow-up exercises when I really get what the problem is, so this approach was helpful. 2. He doesn't try to get you to come to more treatments than needed - he's all about helping people manage their own recovery. 3. He has Magic Hands (TM). Very recommend!

I started coming here because of chronic back pain from pregnancy. The only exercises suggested were stretches and no strengthening and endless weekly appointments. I did not see how I was going to improve and I was not improving. They even pushed me to do 2x a week appointments, claiming I would get better quickly! The pain wasn't going away, I was merely paying them to massage my back for 20 minutes. I started to feel they were merely getting me in meet their KPI and to make as much money as they could from me, with no real goal for improvement for my back. I stopped going and went to another place. They promptly did a wide range of examinations and diagnosed me correctly. They also encouraged strengthening exercises at home and pilates, and fortnightly appts, not 2x a week! What a difference. In conclusion, I would not recommend back in motion at all for those with chronic back pain.

Getting in and out of the car and negotiating stairs were the biggest constant problems. Rush assessed my poor condition and set out a routine of clinical Pilates. As I improved progress was noted and the routine reassessed constantly over the next few months. I no longer have the constant back and leg pain, but I still attend the sessions as I need to keep strengthening the weaker aspects of my ageing body. My mobility now is good and I go up and down stairs without giving it a thought. Rush and Dom have been the main physios I have seen and I would highly recommend all of the physios for their professional and careful treatment.
