Where do I start: -Phone representative told me I…read morecould walk in to the Keene branch, I had lost my credit card over the weekend and account had to be frozen, I showed up and I was informed there is only 1 representative working that day and I need to come back later. The manager was not helping any customer, why couldn't she help me?? Not understanding nor sympathizing the severity or security of the issue as a bank is a BIG red flag. -Manager herself could not even finish creating a new checking account for me, she had to call the IVR system, wow so why did I even go into this branch. -Ordered checks for me since I now have a new checking account, when I called back asking when I can expect the checks, I was told the check order was NEVER placed? AGAIN are you serious? -Then there were all sorts of set up issues on my account, which I had to call back into the IVR system myself to fix, and was finally able to fix and talking to someone. My ebill and credit cards were still linked to my old checking account, so I had all kinds of access issue. Old checking account not deleted...I can go on but I spare you the time. -I was told I could activate my debit card by just viewing my balance, I viewed my balance and it had $0. SERIOUSLY? Then I had to go back and tell the manager to switch out my primary account to the new checking account. Also, I could have activate the debit card by making a purchase as well and using my pin, which was NOT informed to me. -When I told the one representative that was working that day the ATM wasn't working, all he said was "OH GREAT!". Sarcasm is not needed when someone is in an urgent situation and needs cash. What a mess, stay away don't bother coming in to the branch, you can do everything via phone.
