Discovered by chance walking in the narrow streets of Fossombrone, this beautiful restaurant is divided in two small rooms and has also few outdoor tables. All details are very nice and well cared: from the single-use menu provided in an envelope as a precaution for covid, to the rosé sparkling wine offered, to the chocolates offered at the end directly by the chef and owner Luca Zanchetti - who went to the table to greet - to the care and quality of all proposed dishes and to the attention and courtesy of all the staff.
