OTT Legal has been at this location since 2002. This company was started by former Toronto Police Traffic Officer Chris Conway and is now owned by former Toronto Police Officer Len Smart.

Meet the Business Owner: Len S.
Len Smart is the owner of the Durham Region and Peterborough Offices. He retired from the Toronto Police Service after 30 years, receiving the Exemplary Police Service Medal.
During Len's career he received dozens of commendations and letters of recognition, having been Policeman of Month in 1988.
Len worked as a uniform officer, plainclothes/undercover officer and Detective. Len worked at 55 Division, East Traffic Unit, 54 Division, 53 Division and 52 Division. In the later part of his career he was a Detective in the Criminal Investigation Bureau, Plainclothes Unit and the Major Crime Unit, working closely with regional and international police agencies. Len brings with him a vast amount of uniform police experience and unlimited expertise in all criminal investigations.
Len is a Licensed Paralegal and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
