I would not trust this school whatsoever. They were advised that parents that bring their children to their school, are being abused/ neglected. A real school, would have gotten involved. They are mandated reporters, but they act like they're not. Debra Wanger and another school administrator, were directly advised of this. Deborah's exact words were, "I don't know what I could do?" Well let me advise you what to do. You're a mandated reporter so report it. Someone calls and tells a, allegedly, professional administrator, at the school, that children are being abused/neglected and they do nothing, NOTHING?! Now tell me how Christian is that? But again, they're mandated BY LAW, they are, to report children being harmed and they do nothing. It makes a person question why they would do that? Why would you not protect a child? If this were any other school, Jefferson, Lincoln, etc. it would've been handled professionally, and the children would've been protected. Ottawa Christian Academy made the choice not to protect the children. How many other children have they done this too? read more
