Seems to me the cleaners are on autopilot and don't pay attention to actual spots that need attention. Upon the cleaner's return to address the dirty rug (#1 above) and the sofa, he cleaned the sofa stain in all of one minute. Why didn't he clean it the first time? That's beyond me.
