So, I called the Ottawa Police to ask what happened within their ranks during the Ottawa Insurrection to produce such a failure in policing. The civilian agent who answered the phone tried her best to find someone who could help and I appreciate her efforts but the several police officers she asked to respond to my questions were as helpful as hammering a nail into a hand. And what can be more exemplary of this ongoing and historical systemic racism than the current state of affairs; the first Black police chief in Ottawa is denied assistance, sabotaged and scapegoated, left defenceless in the face of a white supremacist mob whilst concurrently we have the RCMP and other police departments using violent and coercive measures to combat and remove from their sovereign territories, Indigenous land defenders and water defenders who are trying to protect the future of all humanity on planet Earth. The eyes of the world see clearly what Canadian hypocrisy is like when Wet'suwet'en is raided by a heavily armed paramilitary contingent of RCMP officers fast-roping from helicopters, using a chainsaw to break into a plywood shack to arrest journalists and Indigenous women and children, whilst concurrently doing absolutely nothing when white supremacist anti-vaxxers drive big-rig trucks filled with diesel and explosives up to Parliament Hill using their own children as human shields. The police use illegal surveillance to intimidate journalists and environmentalists, use excessive force on people defending old growth forests from illegal logging in Fairy Creek whilst concurrently looking the other way when a Canada-wide insurrection of white supremacist anti-vaxxers have brought cross-border transportation and commerce to a standstill and who are demanding the overthrow of the democratically elected government. The question is not if but how bad and to what extent are the police infiltrated by white supremacists. Treasonous white supremacist elements within the ranks of the police, from constable all the way up the chain of command to the upper echelons, have sympathised with the insurrectionists and have abdicated their duty to protect and to fulfil the tenets of their oath as agents of the law. Police complicity and participation in white supremacy is wide ranging; from officers illegally displaying the racist "thin blue line" emblem on their uniforms all the way to rogue police officers providing sensitive information, operational command strategy and confidential internal communications to members of a far-right group, connected with a contingent now accused of plotting to murder RCMP officers. One of the biggest victims here is former Ottawa Chief of Police, Peter Sloly, who is being used as a scapegoat even though he was powerless to stop the protests in downtown Ottawa due to sabotage. You would think because of their job and status their would be more appropriate and professional, but you got a bunch of toddlers behind the glass out front. There are 5 people in the waiting room and the lady out front behind the glass is doing nothing and sitting around and the wait time is 3 hours, I watched a few people and myself go up and ask if we can be served and ended up being told to sit and wait and that she can't do anything , EXPLAIN , is it not your job to take inquires and take prioritize people. I have been being abused by the police since I reported Keon Tang back in 2008. Keon Tang is a child rapist and collects child pornography of little boys. Keon even admitted it to the newspapers, yet the police refused to charge him even when Keon was caught with said evidence. Donna Johnson of the woman's victim's assault unit of the ottawa police, was reprimanded on the spot for acknowledging the "horrific abuse" that I have had to endure for 40years now by the hands of the police. I have reached out to all areas for help, such as the prime minister of Canada, and so far no one will step up to help me and defend my civil rights, that my uncle fought for in world war 2, along with many others by his side, so we could have civil rights. Just moved here two years ago and was very shocked to find out when I moved here that within a couple days some Ottawa police officers killed a street person by beating them to death. Shortly after that I found out that the Ottawa Police hired immigrant persons with criminal records. I am 61 years old and I realize that I have no respect for these officers. They walk around like gangsters with tattoos all over their bodies. I feel more safe around people like Hell's Angels and street gangs then I do around Ottawa Police. You cannot trust them because they like to turn on people just for fun because they have nothing to do. The bylaws here in Ottawa have more policing and pull then Ottawa police do. None of the officers have people skills on how to deal with individuals. Especially the ones with mental health issues. The most recent one I heard with mental health issues was not handled the right way so he was shot by the officer. There is something really wrong in this city with the Ottawa Police.
