Stopped here when I was visiting Siena trying to track down frames by Caroline Abrams. This branch didn't have any but Valeria said her manager could bring some from the other store in about two hours.
Great, I said. Then Valeria and another employee showed me pictures of the various frames by Abrams they had in stock, and I picked about 7 of them. We returned later in the day and was thrilled to try on all the frames. Picked one to buy. The people at the shop were so helpful and accommodating. Thank you to Valeria, Martina, and Sandro.
