The only unpleasant experience we had while visiting Venice! We walked into this store for a couple of reasons...3 of us wear prescription glasses and we were looking for cool new frames and all 5 of us love sunglasses -we can never have too many. So we go about trying things on -not being rough or rude but yes, taking each other's advise into consideration which one of the staff took offense at. Excuse me for valuing the opinion of my family! She stared being obnoxious and said that she was there to work so let her do her job. Our 22-year old started placating her but she was unbelievably rude. We weren't about to give business to this store where the staff was so out of line. We walked out of the store. read more
