I called…read moreseveral companies and Bailey Insurance Agency was the first to return my phone call with quotes on my house, cars and my boat. All of the prices beat State Farms rates and so I made an appointment to go speak to them. When I first got there the CSR, Kelli, greeted me and was very friendly. I only had to wait for a minute before I saw the agent, Nicole Andrews. From here my experience got better. She explained everything to me and pointed out some things that I didn't even know I didn't have on my State Farm poilicies. She was very easy to talk to. While I was there the owner came in and introduced herself to me and thanked me for coming in. I was so surprised at how easy the transition was to move all of my policies. They took care of all of the paperwork and even sent over cancellation letters to my State Farm agent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a local agent who takes the personal time with you like you are there only customer! After 40 years of loyalty to statefarm, I decided to get quotes from other insurance companies, I…read morefinally settled on progressive, they saved me $100 a month on my three vehicles, I canceled my policy before the billing cycle to avoid paying the next bill, come to find out two of my vehicles were canceled, but for some reason, they left my Acura on past the billing cycle date, they charged my bank the premium for the Acura then canceled my policy afterwards, they refunded me $18 instead of the full amount of $138 without explanation. Allison Horner's agency blamed the underwriter, they requested an explanation but the underwriter couldn't give them one.

When I confronted them about it, they pawned it off as my fault and lied about it until I contacted corporate. They stole money out of my account and have been giving me hell to get it back, despite documentation and proof. Be aware that Joey Stickland's State Farm branch uses a policy that is not backed by State Farm and will not cancel your insurance and continue to bill you unless you give them personal details about your new insurance bill.
