You go a coupke of times and they know what you want the next time you walk in, they are friendly, and my most recent exp us what r3ally showed me that they really are all about their customers. A couple of weeks ago i was going through some stuff and wasnt able to walk like i normally could. I called and told the girl working there who i was, she remembered immediately, and when i explained my situation, she offered to come to my car, get my card to run inside and then bring me my stuff back to the car. You just dont see people like that anynore these days, and to see it in a small business that was kind of busy that day just really made the most incredible impression. Staff- the staff is knowledgeable more so than any other stores I've been in around the tri-county area. They know what tastes good and what works well and how it works. Nothing worse than going into a store and seeing something that catches your eye and the sales person has no clue how it works OR doesn't know one of the kewl tricks behind it. These guys and chicklettes know them! You know some of the vape stores you go in are shade AF. Not to mention the people that run them are kinda stand offish. Not sure why but they are. These peeps are not. Super friendly customer service peeps. They all have different personalities but all are kewl from laid back professional to outgoing and bubbly to what's upppp. Friendliness. They are so nice and always have a smile when I walk in and a hello! That means a lot to me maybe not for some people but for me it's important. My favorite staffer knows who he or she is! Woot Price. It's not the most important thing to me but it's right up there in the top 3! Get this they also have a rewards program and if you aren't signed up you are missing out on free money. Think of rewards as free money and you will use them. If I spend $100 and save $10 then that $10 bux in my pocketbook to spend on coffee. Woot! Cha Ching. Store variety. Great store variety they do carry some of my favorites but the staff have pointed me in the direction of some new favorites like. Hype, Lost Mary nera 70K, and Foger. I probably never would have purchased these without these nice people answering my questions and offering suggestions to meet my needs. I'm a high puff count person. I don't bother with less than 35k and the flavor profile must be outstanding. I can also pick up smokes for my hubby. They also have hookah products which will be my next kewl big purchase there and I'm sure they will help me. I've always loved hookah lounges in Manhattan so I must have one! This place has them. They have wraps and incense etc etc so much kewl stuff!!! Clean store. Oh yes this store is clean and I love that. I hate buying vapes in nasty convenience stores gross. These guys take pride in their cleanliness. Location. It's not in my town but it's close enough to me and it's by a Walmart so you know who doesn't go to Wally World at least 1 x a week. Hours. They have great store hours I have yet to go by and they are not open You may not see this store at first because I didn't. They have been there for a few years and I didn't see them until about 6 months ago when I went to another store next door. This store is worth a look! I have been eating vapes and online vape stores for years and I give these people 5 stars plus!!! Highly recommend!!! Go see them tell them what you need and ask for suggestions I'm sure they can help you. If you ever have any issues let them know I'm sure they will fix any problem you have they just appear to want to keep their customers happy! So how is that for an EPIC review!
