Portions are very generous, and I really appreciated that they have lunch early so my daughter could have grilled fish - she's not a breakfast fan. It's the attention to detail that takes it to the next level. I don't know where they are getting their buns from, but they were the freshest, softest buns I've ever had. I don't know exactly what the burgers were seasoned with, but it wasn't just salt and pepper, and whatever it was it was wicked good. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, they have the temp on that fryer dialed IN. Everything fried was perfectly crispy but not greasy at all. The service was top notch and friendly and I was really happy to see that even though everything has been updated, they still kept that small town "Loft Lounge" feeling in tact. Anyone that's been in Shiawassee county for a while knows exactly what I mean. That fireplace in the corner is legendary. To sum it up, this is how things were meant to be.
