I'll be calling the BBB to let them know that these clowns shouldn't be in business. We paid $85 for a flash drive that only had a slideshow of poorly lit pictures...not the rights to those pics, just a worthless slide show. They refused to refund bc they said we may have downloaded their crap slideshow onto other computers. Do not credit them with a dollar of your business. read more

We used this service as Mom365 in San Francisco. They offer an in-hospital session for newborns. We have just returned all the items and could not be more unhappy with the product and customer service we received. Summary: product low quality, photos out of focus (!), spelling errors, and the wrong baby in the photo book!! First of all, having this done in hospital with a 2-day-old was much more intrusive than we expected. The photographer came around the maternity ward unsolicited and reassured us that it would be quick and easy to take a few good professional photos of our baby so we agreed to do it. I don't know why we believed her - sleep deprivation? But even once she started and wasn't quite as awesome with babies as she'd made out, it seemed like the stress might be worth having some beautiful pictures. She returned the same day to show us pictures on screen and sell us a package. Again, it seemed worth it - the images looked good on a laptop and we thought it would take care of Christmas gifts for family. We also didn't get professional photos of our older child as a newborn and I've always regretted that a little. We received the package yesterday and it's a complete disaster. My husband's name is wrong on the announcement cards. When you see them printed at 8x10, turns out some of the photos are out of focus (focal point on baby's ear, not her face - not the kind of thing you can rectify). This includes the photo on the announcement cards and one in the big frame. And best of all, the photo book has our baby's name, image and birthdate on the cover, and a completely different baby inside. Total debacle. Today we called to request a refund. They finally agreed, but said we have to pay for the return shipping ourselves. Obviously this is totally unacceptable and we'll continue to dispute it. But for now we have to go find Christmas gifts for our families a week out from Christmas with a newborn baby. Not only that, we've forever lost the chance to capture our baby's early days with high-quality photography. Thanks for nothing, mom365. read more

One of the draws was a free photo of my newborn. I am a teacher and just got laid off so we couldn't afford newborn photos. I chose my free pose..... and got it sent out. It arrived and half the picture was cut off!!! They took a landscape orientation photo and then cropped it to an 8x8 because their photos are apparently ONLY available in 8x8 format(???) I called customer service... because surely there must be some mistake when they only print HALF the picture. The person was very short with me and told me "even if he COULD have it reprinted to include the whole picture... he wouldn't. Because it was a free portrait". So beware: they offer you a free portrait and screw up your order. Their customer service is awful, it takes them forever to get back to you, the photos are mediocre, and they make promises of 'free' items that they don't even intend to follow through on. Agree with all other posters... Feeling so unbelievably insulted and frustrated with my experience here. This company just wants your money and treats its customers like garbage. My newborn picture session went fine, although it was pretty pricey. The real trouble began when the company started contacting me about doing an in-home photo shoot with my baby at 1-3 months, using the lame "free 8x10" photo as a draw-in. NOT WORTH IT. One of the collages sent had the picture of our hands cropped so that all you could see was my wrist, and although they were (somewhat begrudgingly) accommodating in attempting to fix it at first, I received the same messed up photo the second time around. So when we called again, two different reps both acted like we were lying or something and refused to compensate us because according to their records, the situation was resolved. Still waiting on the correct print to be sent to me... Other things- -The photographer made us feel guilty for not signing him on for another photo shoot -the prices are WAY too high, you can get cheaper prints literally anywhere else. Coming to your home is not a good trade off -scheduling a viewing session over the phone to view the prints for the first time, and then literally pressing me to make a decision right then and there?! Who does that?!?! Why can't I just view them online by myself and make the order alone without some photo editor who hates making sales calls in the first place breathing down my neck? I asked if I could have some time to think about it (I don't have hundreds of dollars floating around to spend on pictures), and she basically told me if I wanted the pictures I needed to place the order right then and there. And to top it all off, THEY were the ones that contacted me about doing the photo shoot. One free 8x10 print is not worth the experience.... moms, take your money somewhere else. I totally agree with all the other posters. We had our photos done in Long Beach, CA via Mom365.com. $125 package that turned out to be $150. Tax was part of it, but there was no mention of the $12.99 shipping/handling fee. That's just one of many little issues that add up to a really negative experience. I asked if these pictures would be cleaned up - photoshop'd. The photographer said I could do it myself. Geez, thanks. Not knowing you're going to be doing a photo shoot with your 3 day old baby and with lack of sleep, you're not thinking about shaving and looking your best. My bad right? The photographer was pleasant enough. The pictures were taken and after the shoot, the photographer came back with a laptop and a printer, rolling around on one of those carts that carried TV's back in grade school days. She told me she'd give me a free print for my mom who was visiting from out of state with the package. I thought cool. We opted for the package with 8 photos. I thought it was a little pricey, but what they heck. The photos looked great on her computer and was presented in a powerpoint presentation. Of course, you're not looking at fine detail, just a picture that really isn't full-screen anyway. Looked good enough and we slid our credit card. So the printer whirrs up and I get a receipt to sign. That's it. I was told that the print would come a week later with the flash drive. WTH? You have a printer right there! Just put some photo paper in it and give me something immediately right? Also, when I asked her about the powerpoint presentation, she said it was another $50. No thank you. I can make my own. I received a CD when I requested a flash drive. Who has a CD Drive any more? JPG sizes were less than 1MB each except for a few. Imagine that quality? Not only that, the focal point of the photos weren't always on the baby, it was sometimes on the flower in her ear. Didn't even have a chance to look at that at the hospital as we didn't "drive" her laptop. She did all the driving in what looked like an overly-complicated image management system. Please stay away from this company. They have a sub-par product for professional prices. Take that money to a studio or something where you'll get a quality product. read more

I had my son's pictures taken at Kaiser, Antioch in California with the group Mom365. The picture quality is awful--not professional at all. I could do better with my iPhone and printing from Costco. It was intrusive and the pictures did not turn out nicely. I tried to call customer service to rectify a problem--they sent me the wrong pictures as when you order over the phone, the photos are not numbered so you have to describe the picture to the operator. Many of the poses are similar so the wrong picture was sent. Mom365 will not fix the problem. Stay clear of them! read more

I had the same experience as Janet and Tim's comments. They get you when you're most vulnerable. I had a C-section so highly sedated. Poor quality and a rip off. Don't use them, not worth the stress you have to deal with after when you're not happy. I got the digital prints and DVD. They mail it in an enclosed seal bag which states not refundable if opened. But how are you suppose to see it if you can't even open the package. Paid $160 plus for an 8x10. Just an FYI....if you get the digital prints.....they only give you 8 prints + 8 black and white of the same prints. Not worth it, don't buy anything from them. read more

If I could I would give a 0 star rating. I just had my first child Dec 26, 2016. She is my pride and joy and I wanted the pictures that they offer for free in the hospital. Before I could get them done, we got discharged. At this point, the hospital said they would have the photographer contact me. She called ONE TIME and left ONE VOICEMAIL. I've returned that ONE CALL several dozen times. No one ever answers, nor has anyone ever returned my calls. Now my daughter is almost 7 weeks old. THANKS SO MUCH FOR DEPRIVING THIS NEW MOTHER OF THAT FIRST NEWBORN PICTURE AND THAT SPECIAL MOMENT. Just for the record, my daughters grandmother wanted to buy a decent sized package of those pictures of her first grandchild. So, not only did you deprive her of that as well, but you screwed yourself out of a sale. NICE JOB!!! IT JUST GOES TO SHOW YOU, IDIOTS WORK IN ALL PROFESSIONS!!! read more

We delivered our baby at San Antonio Community Hospital in Upland, CA. Mom365 photographer was walking around door to door so we decided to have her take pictures. She was sweet and gentle and the pictures came our great on her computer. We received the prints a week later and they were NOTHING like the ones were saw on the computer, poor quality, pixelated, blurry images. I asked for a retouch on one of the photos but it was SO BLURRY it didn't even matter. Spoke to customer service and they offered to pay for the return label and said that they even saw the pictures were blurry when they were uploaded to them. I would give this 1/2 or 0 stars if I could, for mom365. Awful customer service, they didn't give us one of the pictures that we wanted, that was included in the slide show that the pushy photographer showed us. They literally do not care at all about your experience with the photog, or that you're missing a picture. Terrible company. read more

Horrible! Rude! And expensive! They sent me damaged canvas. Twice! When I asked for a refund, they refused because I had thrown away the first damaged canvas that they sent me & manager Tina Myrick sent me to look in the trash for the canvas that I received! This came from a manager!!! I had pictures of the first damaged canvas and they still refused to return my money! No one, specially a first time mom should not have to deal with these type of rude individuals. read more
